I've been a customer with Advantage since November 2019. They are great! Same day installed a new furnace when our old one went out and we just had our newborn. Had them out again to refill AC, prices are comparable. But they have a very family business feeling. And treat you with respect and like family. I had them out to install a furnace humidifier. And it works great. Finally and most recently they installed (again same day and last minute!) New AC unit. Kelley and Steve spend time showing me everything, educating me and not talking over me or holding anything back. They are the best and love them being so transparent. Tess is always available and helping me out with every single project I've done with Advantage since 2019. This is the place to bring your business. Highly Highly recommend Advantage to anyone in need for anything Hvac and want the personal touch and family feeling treatment with fair prices and great craftsmanship.

We had our AC go out the day before a major heat wave. Advantage Air came to the rescue! They were attentive, courteous and efficient through the entire process. Tess was a pleasure to work with at the office and the replacement happened as promptly as the same day with friendly, clean and skilled technicians. Pricing was fair and they do offer special financing programs. I highly recommend Advantage Air to anyone seeking excellent service.

Ok but really. I know it’s sometimes hard to sort through all the reviews, but these guys are the real deal. I reached out on the suggestion of a coworker after being burned by a few other companies. I can’t thank Tess, Kelly, and the whole Advantage Team. Responsive. Knowledgable. Kind. Patient. Well priced. We needed our furnace serviced and right it was just in need of a tube up and reached out to Advantage Heating and Cooling. Tess was who i spoke with and arranged for a technician to come out at a mutually agreed time. Kelly, the tech, actually arrived early and was ready to go! He found a few items that needed attention and walked me through step by step as to what was gong on. Basically, we needed a new furnace. He promised he would get it installed within 1 business day and delivered! Or old furnace was not only breaking down, but a fire hazard. Thank you Tess and Kelly for being so professional and timely, and at a VERY fair price!

Fantastic service through and through. Based on this experience alone I’ll never go to anyone else for HVAC work so long as I’m in the area.

We had Advantage Air out for a routine furnace cleaning around 3pm and found that we had a cracked heat exchanger. With small children and pets, we had extra concerns about carbon monoxide. They were very understanding and offered to replace the furnace same day, no matter how long it took. Not only that, their price point was extremely competitive with everything else I could find.

We woke up to no heat on a 6 degree day. Advantage had a technician, Kelly, to my house within an hour of my call. Kelly thoroughly checked my furnace and determined a new control board was needed. Kelly took the time to show me that the other components were working as designed. Kelly was able to locate and install a new board and get my heat back on within 3.5 hours of my first call. The service was very professional and I found the pricing for the work to be very fair.
