Called about our old AC that was no longer running properly. Tess got a technician out to us within the hour. After determining that our 30+ year AC was no longer worth putting maintenance into, we decided to install a new unit. Tess sent technicians back out same day and we had a new AC installed within hours of first calling. Great price and even better service. We'll be using them to replace our outdated furnace next!

When moving into a new home/new town, we called Advantage Air for our annual tune up on both furnace and AC. Both times we received service that was punctual, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. But their integrity is what calls for five stars. When we needed maintenance on the 9 year old AC unit, Kelly came by to access the problem, explain clearly what was going on (refrigerant leak), offer short term and long term solutions (depending on what we were ready to spend), and circled back a few days later to access the results of the solution. There was no sales pitch to get a new unit. Offered...but no pressure. When time came to service the 10 year old furnace, we had the same experience. A nudge that the unit may need replacement very soon....but no pressure to do so. They are willing to go out of their way to accommodate my erratic work schedule and have provided additional courtesy work when that was needed, albeit not scheduled. Kelly, Steve, and Tess care that their clientele is satisfied with their service. We definitely are!

We have had Advantage service our AC and furnace for a couple of years now, and they are simply wonderful. Tess, who schedules appointments, is quick to respond to calls and texts. Kelly and Steve are the technicians that we have worked with. They are careful and thorough, and they both take time to explain and even demonstrate what they are doing and why. We trust Advantage, and we appreciate their honesty when it comes to what service needs to be done. We highly recommend Advantage!

I had an excellent experience with Advantage Heating and Cooling. I recently had to buy a HVAC system back in May 2024. Unfortunately, the 22 y/o unit just didn't have the stem to make the house cool.

Steve can out to inspect and test the system. At the time of inspection, he was very knowledgeable, and helped me decide on next steps. Ultimately, I chose to purchase a new HVAC. I feel like I was guided on choosing the right unit for my house, and I was not upsold. The pricing was good and better than the bigger companies.

When Steve and Kelly came out to install the unit, they were quick, efficient, and professional. They answered all my questions and make me feel at ease on operating the new HVAC system.

The best news is the unit worked great during the summer and kept both floors of my house cool. I am sure it will continue to do so.

Shoutout to Tess who helped schedule and was very knowledgeable about all equipment. I also appreciated that she the purchasing process and registration of the equipment easy.

I have received excellent service from Advantage on two occasions. Last year when the A/C unit went out, they came and installed a new one same day. This year, same thing with the furnace. I had called another HVAC service provider who was going to install it for more money and could only get it done 3 days later. I was able to get next day full service from Advantage. Very professional, and Tess won't recommend things you don't need. Very happy with them.

Advantage Air is an amazing company. Technician Kelly is the best of the best. He came to service my AC for the year and noticed a leak. He went above and beyond to fix it for me. I’ve had other companies come who would immediately go right to replacement and scheduling a salesperson to come out. While he did mention that might be an option, he said let’s see what can be done to fix it first. He explained everything to me so I could understand it and gave me options. I 100% trust everything he said. Whenever I do need to replace my AC or furnace, I will only be calling Advantage. Honesty and integrity are what they provide and they are appreciated.

The guys came out on a Saturday morning, determined that our 33 year old unit needed to be replaced (not surprising, we knew we were on borrowed time) and had our A/C back up and running that afternoon. Their dedication and professionalism was great.

Excellent HVAC company! Prompt, thorough, detail oriented. Fair pricing. They will be honest with you about what you need and don't, and the value in different choices you can make. Took care of both our A/C and Furnace replacement when the time came for each. Kelly also fixed a mess of 30 year old rusty ductwork. From the very first interaction through the final install Advantage Air Heating & Cooling was great to work with. Tess scheduled the inspection which we had to cancel at the last minute because of an emergency. She totally understood and was able to reschedule quickly. I kinda thought we needed a new furnace. Kelly did the inspection and explained everything in detail. We scheduled for the installation of the new furnace. Kelly and Steve spent the day removing the old one, installing the new one and they cleaned up and we never would have known they were here except for some awesome heat we have in the house.

I got multiple quotes from several HVAC companies for a new furnace. The technician Kelly was great with giving honest recommendations and gave me a very fair price for my new furnace. They were able to come out and install right away and were flexible with dates. Very professional company and will definitely use again in the future!

My furnace went Kaput on the coldest day in Dec. I called 3 places and had Kelly and Steve out the very next day to install after Kelly came that day to confirm my secondary heat exchanger died. They did an awesome job removing the 24 year old unit I had and installing the brand new unit and AC. Kelly walked me through the entire process explaining everything to the T. I felt in great hands, the guys left my place cleaner than they found it and even came back for a quick check up a few days in. So pleased with their knowledge, pricing, customer service and follow up. Will be on their yearly maintenance plan along with a few of my neighbors who have also used them for new furnace installs. Great company to work with, And Tess in the office handles all the paperwork, financing, warranty info and even sent me out the rebate information. The air conditioners in our house were in need of replacement. After speaking with friends and neighbors and looking over company reviews, we chose Advantage Air Heating & Cooling for our replacements.. We are very glad we chose them. The workmanship was top notch and the the installers were highly professional and excellent communicators. All areas were cleaned and all materials removed upon completion. My air conditioner went out on Saturday night when it was 90 degrees outside. I called Advantage Air and was able to have a tech at my house Sunday morning. He was able to find and fix the leak in my air conditioner that 2 other techs from other companies couldn’t find and fix. They were very reasonably priced and helped me register my new air conditioner components for warranty (even though they didn’t install them). Highly recommend and would use again.

First rate service and prompt response today. I can't thank Advantage enough for coming out to our new home to ensure that both AC and furnace are ready for the ups and downs of weather. Service Technician provided several tips for upkeep and money saving advice. One less thing for us to worry about as we learn about getting our new home in shipshape.
