We had a great experience. Tech was able to come out quickly to assess problem. The tech was professional, helpful and worked hard. The price for repair was average-I would recommend!

They can't tell you a price for a known repair without sending out a technician. To send out a technician it's $99. That fee is waived if you do the repair....at the unknown cost. Ridiculous...I know exactly what part needs to be replaced!

Edit: After posting this review, they finally gave me an estimate. However, I don't think they know what the repair entails. They're estimate only sends one technician out...everyone else needs to send 2 out. Fridge needs to be worked on from below. Either they don't know complicated the repair is or they just want to have the lowest bid. Either way it's very suspect.

WORST repair service ever! I had them out to repair a refrigerator. They damaged my wood floors pulling the refrigerator out. They told me the refrigerator was fixed and left and then water from the icemaker flooded my kitchen. I called them back out and they said they had fixed the cooling problem that was my original problem, but they disconnected my icemaker in the process and left it unconnected. I have called and texted repeatedly to get them to come back to connect my icemaker and they do not respond to my requests or answer the phone. This refrigerator repair started in July and as of September, it's still not been completed. This has cost me hours and hours of my time, lots of money, and they never properly repaired my refrigerator and damaged my wood floor in the process. When I call, they tell me the technician will be told to urgently call me and they never do. At least have the decency to fix your mistake. I have never been so disappointed in a repair service ever.

Had a dryer issue and they came out within 3 hours of my call. Jesse was friendly, funny, quick with the repair, and offered great advice with what I could do on my own to save some $.

Excellent service all-round. Dmitri D. identified the problem right away. A replacement part was needed and he got it next day. I am happy with the repair of my dishwasher! The customer service is also very friendly and professional

Tenzin provided knowledgeable service and was an excellent communicator. Explained every step of the way while repairing our refrigerators icemaker and set expectations for possible troubleshooting paths. Highly recommend tue company and the service. A+ is aptly named!

Edited to add: I love Tenzins demeanor, but A+ Appliance has basically gone missing in action, even though our icemaker for our fridge was never fixed. We ordered a new motherboard ($1000+, sounds like a lot, but it's an expensive fridge). I paid for it, had it installed, they said to let them know if it doesn't make ice. It has never made ice, and it's been difficult to get them to come back to get it working. Unfortunately, I have to downgrade the rating as the process has been over four months now.

Such a great experience! Technician was on time, easy to work with and handled the job quickly. The payment process was also quick and easy. I will definitely call on A+ for any future appliance repair needs!

Just had an excellent experience with A+. Ken arrived on time and repaired my double oven so quickly. It's 10 years old and I thought I'd have to replace it. What a huge relief that it could be fixed. Thanks Ken!

Dmitrii was awesome. I called early morning and he came right out. He was incredibly kind, professional and CARED about checking, double checking and triple checking what issues could be and to make sure he had fixed it. I highly recommend him for any appliance service. He’s an engineer, so nothing is off limits to fix :)

I had service scheduled and they never showed up. After wasting all afternoon waiting, I finally called to confirm someone was still coming. Their excuse was that nobody had time to tell dispatch, and couldn't offer me another appointment for 2 days. I lost an afternoon AND the opportunity to have someone come look at my refrigerator that day. Don't rely on them!!! They clearly have no system set up for communication or accountability.

Service tech was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. No service was done as the problem was covered under warranty, but the tech gave us full instructions on how to file a claim and gave us the documents needed for the warranty service request. Friendly, informative tech. Would definitely do business with them again.

The guys were polite. A little late but they communicated well due to traffic during rush hour. They were able to diagnose the problem and try to figure out what is the best action to take. They saved me some money and I'm satisfied.

Asset was on time and fixed my kitchen aid microwave in less then an hour with a fair price. I will definitely use him for all my future repairs on all appliances. Thank you Asset!

We had a wonderful experience with this repair! Antony B. was knowledgeable, respectful, and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue with our washing machine. He answered all my questions and also gave great advice on how to prolong the life of the washing machine. We would highly recommend A+ repair and would request Antony again.

Highly recommended! Technician showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed issue with our Bosch dishwasher within 30 minutes. In addition, he was very friendly and nice to talk to.

The service from A+ appliance and repair was great the technician was very knowledgable and efficient the charge was very fair. Also the technician called in the morning to check if I still need service he arrived exactly as he promised. I would definitely consider using in the future for appliance repair needs
