Had an excellent experience with London Heating and Cooling. Mark was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and I did not feel pressured when he was giving me options for repair and replacement. The quote was so good I didn't bother reaching out to other companies. He showed up on time, made quick work of replacing my furnace and AC and left no mess behind. Amazing local professional. 10 out of 10

Our furnace stopped working suddenly. I found London Heating and Cooling online and saw the great reviews so decided to try them. I contacted Mark and he was over within a few hours to look at it. He was able to fix the issue quickly and was very reasonably priced! We will definitely use his services again , if needed, and will refer him to anyone who is looking!

Recently I had been having trouble on and off with my AC unit which was installed by Mark. The problem would come and go, and to no fault of his own I had to call mark out on three separate occasions to try and diagnose the issue. Today the issue with my unit persisted long enough for him to identify and fix it.

Each time I called Mark he would respond super quick and come take a look at the unit. Mark was always super friendly and never made me feel like a burden. Keep in mind the unit was under warranty, so these visits were free of charge.

Overall I could not be happier with the service I’ve received and I would recommend London heating and cooling to anyone. In a time where good honest customer service is hard to come by, it’s refreshing to work with someone like him.

I would absolutely recommend London Heating & Cooling! Our a/c went out during the recent heatwave & Mark came out the same day I called to assess the situation & we decided to replace our very old a/c & furnace. Mark had great communication throughout the entire process & had very fair pricing. The entire job was done by lunchtime & I am extremely grateful to be back to a cool house!

Mark came through again for our family. My parents noticed a leak in their basement ceiling due to condensation from the AC unit, and that led to them figuring out it was a coolant issue and the unit needed to be replaced. The new unit was installed 24 hours later, but the best part of the visit was that he inspected the leak and made sure there was no mold in the duct work. He went above and beyond to help my parents feel comfortable. We highly recommend London Heating and Cooling

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I had a great experience with London Cooling and Heating! He came out quickly and fixed both my AC and furnace without charging me an arm and a leg— did a fuse replacement, and everything was back up and running. With the weather heating up, I’m so relieved to have cool air again! He was very polite, honest, and on time. He even let me know that eventually I’ll need a new AC and furnace, but there was no pressure—just helpful, honest advice. I really appreciate the professionalism and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Our 18yr old a/c compressor went out and we decided to get a new a/c and furnace instead of getting it repaired because of the age. I reached out on a few community sites for recommendations and decided to get estimates from a few. Although every company I chose had good reviews and were responsive, Mark the owner of London stood out. He is the one who answered the call for the estimate and he was the was one who answered all of my questions when he came out, not a salesman. He never tried to upsell me on a more expensive product or warranty. He backs the product he sells with one of the best warrantys out there and his prices couldn't be beat. If you are looking for a fair, friendly, family business, I would give Mark at London a call. I know that he will be there when and if I need him! Thanks Mark!

If I can give more than 5 stars to London Heating and Cooling I would. Our A/C kept going on and off on the hottest days of summer. Mark came the same day I called to diagnose the issue. Being that our A/C unit was so old we have decided to replace the unit. Mark came the next morning to install a new unit. The following day after replacing a new A/C unit we had an emergency with the hot water heater in the evening. Mark came immediately to assess the situation. Mark was able to do a temporary fix that night. Unfortunately we needed a new hot water heater. Mark came the next morning to replace the hot water heater. I am so thankful Mark came that evening because it could have been a disaster. I am grateful to have A/C and hot water in the house. Mark is very honest, professional and a nice guy. I am very happy with the work and the price was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Mark to anyone…you will not be disappointed.

When our HVAC died, it was a cold day, and we were immediately concerned, but London made it out to us in less than 20 minutes. Not only did they quote us fully half of what we anticipated, but they fit us in on short notice, and the quality of the service and work was nothing short of spectacular. Mark was very personable and forthright in addressing all of our questions, and we felt at all times that we were dealing with a company that values honesty and integrity. We absolutely could not be happier with the service from top to bottom, and we have already decided to hire them again in the near future for unrelated issues we've been having with our water heater. Highly, highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! I literally called Mark last night to see if he could come and give us an estimate on a new air conditioning unit. He came out this morning at 8am just like he said he would and 3.5 hours later I have a brand new unit! Very honest and professional and super nice! I could not be happier with the price and the work and the fact that my husband wanted a furnace as well and Mark suggested we wait until the fall when he can give us a better price! I've had very good luck with hiring contractors around my property and I would highly recommend Mark to anyone.. you absolutely won't be disappointed!

Mark is wonderful! Not only did he come out a few months ago ASAP on his day off when I was 9 months pregnant when our air broke, but he just came first thing this morning when our furnace was on the fritz. He is very honest and reliable, plus our cats love him!

Mark at London heating & Cooling was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with troubleshooting my furnace. He knew the codes off hand that I had going on. We were able to figure the source of the problem, then went ahead and came up with a plan of action. His prices were by far way under what the big corporations are charging. As a small, family owned company they rely on good workmanship, customer service, dependability and very flexible hours of operation. If anyone asks me in the near future if I know of a company for heating and cooling I will say London Heating & Cooling.

London Heating & Cooling was fantastic to work with. Mark was able to fit me in quickly, and both he and his team did excellent work from start to finish. The price was very fair, and I really appreciated that he charged me exactly what he quoted—no surprises at all. Mark is honest, professional, and takes pride in what he does, which is why so many of my family members recommended him to me. I’m very glad they did, and I’ll absolutely be calling London Heating & Cooling again in the future!

I woke up today 1/30/26 with a broken furnace and cold house. In the midst of a cold snap, I needed it repaired ASAP. I called Mark London, he was at my house in less than 90 minutes. Having called him to clean my now 10 year old furnace several years ago, I felt good about calling again. He found the problem and fixed it, but more importantly saw that the flue pipe from the furnace to the chimney was corroded and had actual holes in it, leaking lethal carbon monoxide into my house. He easily replaced it and was finished with the entire job in less than an hour. Not only did Mark get here quickly on a very cold day, he potentially saved my life. London Heating and Cooling is my go-to guy. The best!

Mark at London Heating & Cooling was great to work with! He was able to fit me in quickly and was very professional and honest about what I did and didn't need done. Got my AC fixed and furnace cleaned within an hour at a fair price! Also was able to give me a quote on a new water heater, that I will be needing soon, so will be reaching out to have that done as well. My heater went out in my house. He came out gave me a very affordable bid. I accepted it. The next day he installed my new heater highly recommend this company five stars.
