I have worked with Nate for my hvac needs for years. They are always professional, on time, honest and great at keeping my system working.
They try to repair if possible rather than replace.
I started with them after another company said I needed to replace my 10 year old furnace. Nate came out and repaired it rather than replace and that was 10 years ago. I trust them, they do great work at very reasonable prices

We are repeat customers! Previously, Nate has installed a new furnace and humidifier system and did a great job. When our AC went out on a very warm day, we didn’t hesitate to call. He knew exactly the problem and had it fixed in record time. I’ve referred him to my family and they’ve been equally pleased with his prompt service.

First, I want to say that we were very pleased with the work that Nate from Winters HVAC performed on our AC condenser unit. He communicated well on the phone, let us know ahead of time on the day of the repair that he was running late due to his first call of the day, is very knowledgeable about AC operation, was very gentle working with the existing equipment, and completed the job neatly and in a workman-like manner. We contracted Nate to remove and replace the compressor in our outdoor condenser unit, install filter-dryers in the suction and discharge lines, purge the lines of any debris, charge the system with new refrigerant, and check the operating conditions while starting up the system. We purchased all of the equipment needed and he performed the installation on a T&M basis. Nate was very easy to work with, offered reasonable pricing, and we would definitely use him again for HVAC repairs and installation.

I will recomend Nate every chance I get. I was shocked for same day service with the way this summer has been. Very reasonable price too!

I had been having problems with my furnace. Another company came out and tried to tell me that I needed a complete new furnace. This lovely man came out and told me that all I needed to do was change my furnace filters and that we will keep an eye on it together and keep it working. This is the kind of company you want to hire. Don't go with other people who tell you that a complete new furnace for $7000 is neeeded (Precision today) they suck. This guy is the best. He's honest, and he does fantastic work.And I would recommend him to everybody.

As of a few weeks ago I never even considered converting my old boiler system and attic AC to a all in one forced air system. Thanks to Mark and Cody it became a reality. Mark and Cody were awesome. Our ancient boiler went out during one of those -20 degree days and we had a 5 week old newborn to keep warm. They installed central heat in an impressive 2 days! The guys never complained about our kids running around the house while they were trying to work and Mark was so patient and kind with his apprentice. Unbeatable service. I would give ten stars if I could!

We highly recommend London Heating and Cooling. Our furnace bit the dust and our A/C was on its way out as well. Mark came out so quickly to give an estimate and got us on the schedule to have a complete new system installed within a few days. Mark is a total professional. We used Mark last year when our old steam boiler broke and we decided to convert our building into forced air heat.
