My 27 year old furnace went out on Christmas morning. I called Bentley Heating and cooling who responded quickly and got my heat back on. I would highly recommend them. They have since replaced my furnace for me. Support local family owned!

We used Bentley for a central air unit and furnace replacement. We chose Bentley because Frank took the time to walk us through everything. Not only did he explain what they would be doing but why they would be doing it. He gave us the price upfront and that was the price we paid.

He had another person working with him and both men were nothing but professional. I'd have no problem using them again and would recommend them. #ShopLocal

Came home to cold house and realized furnace wasn't functioning. Called Bently Heating and Cooling at 830 pm on a Friday night. He was at my house shortly after our call, diagnosed the issue quickly, ran to the shop for a part and fixed my issue. I have 2 young children and the house was getting cold. I personally had very good experiences with Bentley. I had a new air conditioner installed and some other work done in our home. Service was on-time and on-budget, really no complaints. I found them to be professional in their demeanor and they stayed late until the job was done. We agreed on a price beforehand and that's what it cost. I'll use them again if I need this service.

Super nice and honest! Did a great job in answering and explaining all my questions and how the furnace generally works. Was very forthcoming and it was appreciated. I feel comfortable with them and that says a lot. In the spring I plan on installing a new furnace,water heater and A.C. I will definitely be using Bentley!👍

Of course, on the hottest day of 2023 (June 29] my A/C decided to take a dump. Since Bentley had previously done preventative maintenance on it, I called them. It was the Thursday before the Fourth of July, and I’d hoped it was minor failure with a fast, easy fix. WRONG! After replacing two electrical components and the compressor still not engaging, it was determined that we needed a new A/C system. How much and how soon can you start?
After calculating my needs, measuring for components that would fit my infrastructure and arriving on a mutually agreeable price, Frank said the magic word: “tomorrow?” DO IT!

Today is July 4th, four days of near 90 degrees later and we couldn’t be happier. Jimmy, the installer did a nice, neat job on fitting the new components into the existing plenum, and on the new replacement humidifier (the base of the old one was crumbling, the replacement part cost 1/2 as much of a whole new unit). The new system is slightly larger capacity than the old one and there is a noticeable difference: it doesn’t struggle on these hot, humid days to hold the temperature that’s been set. The new outside unit looks great too.

So yes its hot out. Was having issues with my 21 year old AC. So I called all the big box dudes. Most said I have to replace it. Then I got a hold of Bentley. Anthony came out in a few hours and was awesome. All I needed was a little over pound of freon. Now all good. Found my new AC Guys.👍

One of the kindest people I’ve dealt with in any type of business. Frank actually cares about you having heating/cooling, not just $$$. He took so much time speaking to me and helping me over the phone. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Asked to come on a Sunday or Monday, showed up on Saturday. I asked to look at the AC unit and provide a quote for a new unit. Never received the quote. Didn’t listen to anything I said. Ran in and ran out of my house. Don’t bother

Have been getting service from Winters Heating and AC for more than 20 years. Even under the new management they still take care of their customers with first class service. And their prices are very fair.
