My husband got a cleaning for me for mothers day (at my request :-). We have had two cleanings so far. We live in a 4bdrm/2 1/2 bath home. Our basement is finished with carpeting and all the kids toys.
Both cleanings have been really great! Everything is always organized and smells great upon arrival. You have the option to sweep OR mop unless you specify. I specified that I wanted the hardwood floors mopped and I believe they only "spot mopped". I also told them they didn't have to dust the baby room because frankly, he is never in there anyway (he is 4 months and in our room still). They did it anyway, which was nice. They clean the outside of appliances and inside the microwave each time. You can specify to clean out the fridge, oven, etc. along with all the normal cleaning you would expect. I feel like they just do it better than when I do it, like they get the bathrooms way cleaner than I do. Going forward, I will ask how many people they send so I can split up the tip based on people. (this time I thought there were two but there were actually 3). Overall, we are very happy with Maidpro in Lombard. We set up every other week cleanings for the foreseeable future.

I was apprehensive about welcoming strangers into my home to clean but Kelly and Jodi immediately put me at ease. There were so kind and friendly, that I instantly felt I had made the right decision. I left them to it, and when I came back my initial feelings were confirmed.

My house looked fabulous. Better than it had maybe since we first moved in. There were things to keep working on over subsequent cleanings that Jodi went over with me and my hard water will always present a few problems in general. Overall, I am thrilled with the clean Kelly and Jodi provided and thanks to them I am ready to book a regular cleaning schedule with MaidPro! Thank you!

I’d shout it from my roof if I weren’t afraid of heights. The cleaning by MaidPro was so above my expectations. I knew my previous service wasn’t that good, but Tina and Laura showed me what an
inferior job I’d been receiving. I kept seeing new ,super clean, spots the next day in the daylight. And....they folded my kitchen towels and my too many sofa cushions in an artistic arrangement. Goodness. Amazing job!

MaidPro has been out to my home several times now and I am so satisfied with their service. Everything is always spotless and fresh when they are done. I am very picky about cleanliness, and in the past I have cleaned after cleaning people have finished. Not with Migdalia and Jeimie. They are thorough, professional and friendly. MaidPro does a great job cleaning thoroughly and you can always request ahead of time if something needs a little extra attention like dusting the curtains or the headboards. The owners are proactive in making sure every clean is up to par by following up with a phone call the next day and a survey via email. MaidPro also sends friendly staff that are trustworthy and attentive to your specific needs for the household clean. After the clean, the staff complete a checklist to make sure every aspect is addressed and there is room at the bottom to make notes for next time or they leave you a nice message. MaidPro is affordable, conveniently quick, and I am very satisfied after every clean. Maid Pro does a terrific job- our house looks great when they are done! They are on time, work hard and fast to efficiently get the job done, and besides that they are friendly and personable! The owners are really focused on service and follow up on any request in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them!

I am happy to leave a 5-star review for my MaidPro Erika P. Erika comes every 2 weeks for 3 hours. She has a formidable task to complete cleaning 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, hallways and steps. Everything is done very well and with no disruption to our comings and goings during the time she is here.

I felt that Laura and Adriana were very detail oriented and cleaned each area thoroughly. They also cleaned a few extra areas that were a happy surprise to me after they left. For this visit they managed to do all that plus train an additional PRO at the same time. I'm very impressed with their work every time they visit!

First time using MaidPro and I will not use again. They broke the tile in my bathroom and didn't even say anything about it when they left. I am so disappointed.

I've been using MaidPro for a few months now, and they do a great job every time. Not only are the girls who clean very polite and professional (Rachel and Roseanne are who cleans for me), but the staff is also very helpful if you ever need to call them about something.
