We've been using MaidPro for more than a year now -- first at our old house in Villa Park and now at our new house in Glen Ellyn -- and each time the service and quality of cleaning has been fantastic. We've used other companies in the past but none compare to the consistently great cleanings we've had with MaidPro. The team in the office is also great to work with. Highly recommend!

Great job getting my house in shape. Many autoimmune disorders keep me from routine house cleaning and it is wonderful having a clean living space again. The two women in my team, April and Leslie, were thorough, friendly, (without being over friendly) and careful of the items in our home. My dogs even loved them, and they are very good character judges!!

Our clean was AMAZING! It was remarkable to come home last night after work and see how nice and clean the entire home was, from the floor to the ceiling. Yolanda did an incredible job. We always appreciate a visit from the MaidPros team!

I am SO impressed with Maidpro. I came here after a different cleaning service did a terrible job on my apartment. Marcela and Zach were efficient, thorough, and kind (I had to leave early due to an emergency, but they were wonderful!). I'm signing up for monthly cleanings because of the good work done here.

We are 6+ months in with MaidPro, and I love them! The girls (especially Kristin and Krista) come once a month and my house is always sparkling after!! I wish I could afford to have them their more than 1x a month, but it's great to have a regular deep clean to look forward to.
The company is great about customer service - Kelly always calls to remind me that they are coming, and to check up after each clean. They try to send the same cleaning crew as often as possible, which is great because the girls get to know me and my random requests. :)
Kristin are Krista are prompt, professional, and super friendly. I feel comfortable having them in my home when I am not there, and I LOVE to come home to their beautiful work. I highly recommend MaidPro Lombard!

Both Jeremy and Melodee did a fantastic job on our house today. What a huge relief to take the cleaning we needed on our house before our Christmas eve gathering, off my plate. I've used MaidPro Lombard for about two years now and I am very happy with their services! Their pro's are very professional, timely and extremely respectful. Deisy has been our pro the entire time and she does an amazing job, we are thankful they assign repeat Pros every time so there is consistency and a level of comfort that comes with knowing who is in your home. I just had Maid Pro of Lombard out last week to clean my house for the first time. It was wonderful! I still feel joy walking around my house several days later :) Lupita and Norma were fantastic. They were on time, personable, professional, hard working and efficient. Everything was spotless when they left! So happy I chose Maid Pro and I am looking forward to my monthly cleanings ahead!

I've been using MaidPro for about 2 years now and I'm so happy with them. First of all, the office staff is extremely communicative, very helpful, and professional. Secondly, the Pros that come clean my home do a fabulous job! They leave a checklist notating everything that they did. I have never once come home from work and thought "They didn't do a good job on X" or "They forgot got clean Y." I'd definitely recommend MaidPro to anybody.

Updating as I’ve had a few different pros come to clean my home. I’ve never had any issues with things being cleaned that I wanted cleaned and things left that I didn’t want cleaned. Sometimes those things change and they are flexible which I appreciate. So far it hasn’t mattered who has come to my home. When they have finished my home has been cleaned, smells and looks good. They always do a great job no matter who is or isn’t home, and they have always been kind and respectful to those who are around (even though we try our best to stay out of the way and let them work) when they are here. We haven’t had any issues when no one isn’t home either, they do a great job making sure the house is locked up once they leave.

I had two ladies come to clean my house. I usually do my house cleaning at the end of the week so they had quite a bit to do and not once did they complain or make me feel bad for the job they had ahead of them. It’s nice that I didn’t have to clean my house this weekend and they paid attention to little details and things I usually save for spring/deep cleaning like picture frames and lamp shades. They also were very kind to my family and the coming and going that was happening in the house. The ladies did a great job and did the work that would take me over two days in just a few hours. They paid attention to the things I had asked and left other things I didn’t want them to have to take care of.

I've been using MaidPro for about 6 months, and they have been great every time! My place is always super clean and smells great after a visit. Kristin has done a tremendous job! I feel totally comfortable letting her into my place, whether I am home or not. Definitely recommended!!

Yesterday was my second experience with MaidPro and I absolutely was pleased with Lilia's performance. She arrived early, worked non-stop on a home that hasn't had regular maid service in a decade. She also enchanted our Golden Retriever and while she managed to make his long white hair disappear from the house. She really did an outstanding job - thorough and lots of elbow grease.... and very pleasant and professional. I will indeed be requesting her specifically for our next appointment. Thanks, Lilia!
