I had a 150+ foot cottonwood on my property line and up against the neighborhood power line. This was a mammoth task and involved coordination with the city, ComEd, and my neighbor. I took bids from three other tree service companies and Meca was the most affordable by a few thousand dollars. I was a bit worried at first that I would end up paying for choosing the most affordable option, but from the moment they arrived to take down the tree, to weeks later when my fencing contractor came to install a fence in the same spot as the old tree, I could not be happier. Their expertise in taking this massive tree down without any impact on my property or those of my neighbors was incredible to watch - I have absolutely no idea how they knew which branch to cut and where to tie it so it would gracefully fall in a seemingly effortless motion! Everyone on the crew was exceptionally professional and polite. I really recommend this company - so much so that I will never use another tree service company.

Excellent service from start to finish! When I called, they were professional and extremely courteous. Mike came out and gave an estimate (fair price!) within a couple of days. The crew showed up and immediately commenced to work. They were finished quickly, cleaned up in way that you would never know that so many branches and limbs had been cut. Everyone was very pleasant, professional, and skilled. I will absolutely use Meca again and highly recommend that anyone else should as well. Thanks Meca Tree Service and crew!

Within minutes of requesting a quote online on Tuesday, Manny called right away and answered several questions I had and set up a visit to give me a quote. Thursday, he and Mike arrived and we settled on a price i was comfortable with. Saturday morning they showed up with a big crew and started working on removing this massive tree near my garage. Within 3 hours it was gone. They were professional and did an amazing job. Cleaned up every branch and all the dust from the saw. Truly did an amazing job. The entire process from start to finish was all done within the week and am very appreciative of their promptness as a very busy person with little downtime. I am so happy with their work and will recommend their company to everyone i know!

They had our tree down in 20 minutes, ground the stump, cleaned up the pieces, and even used the leaf blower on our yard. The tree was touching both mine and my neighbors’ houses and it came down without so much as scraping a gutter. Amazing!

These guys are amazing. Removed a huge dying maple tree in my backyard. Great price point, super fast removal (with a few hours), large team, very friendly, very communicative. The entire team worked together and knew what they were doing and what to expect. No cranes - chain saws, ropes, stump grinder. It was crazy impressive. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I used their services twice: the first time for a tree removal, and the second time for trimming an old, tall white oak. Both times got estimates the same day, both times the price was unbeatable. The work was performed in 1-2 days, fast and efficient. It goes without saying that they left the area spotless once they were done.

We needed cleaning services on very short notice. Molly Maid personnel were incredibly helpful and thorough over the phone, arranging a team to come out on the same day. The cleaners - Iris and Angie - went above and beyond, staying after hours. They were thorough, hard working, and extremely professional. They did such a terrific job that we decided to use their services monthly. Cannot recommend them enough!

Molly Maid is the only service I can find that automates house cleaning. They arrive like clockwork without scheduling hassles - it is "set it and forget it" - which takes the chore completely out of it! They send the same team every week and the level of service has remained excellent (for over a year) - not the usual falloff. Highly recommend!

We had service by Molly Maid prior to the outbreak of Covid 3 years ago. They always did a good job and were very accommodating to our schedules. When the worst of covid passed, we called them to get service again. Estela had been so great before that I specifically asked if I could have her team again. She and her team does quality cleaning of our house, always paying attention to details. They are friendly, courteous, and also honors our request to wear masks due to our health issues. I would absolutely recommend Molly Maid if you need a great cleaning service.

Team #5 (Alma and Marielena) have been doing a great job with cleaning. I've been using MollyMaid services for about 3 years and they are always flexible, smiling and helpful. The products they use are high quality but their prices seem to have gone up a bit. Wish they can offer more packages to choose from, so based on needs customers can opt for services they need every month. I'd surely recommend them for home cleaning.

Just wanted to add/update my review now that I have a new team -Marisol and Tania. They have done an amazing job cleaning our home and really go the extra mile. I’m very impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. Always feels great to come home to (or come out of my home office in these pandemic times) after they’ve cleaned our house. Yazmin & Jasmin do a fantastic job cleaning our home. It is a great relief to me have our bathrooms, kitchen, and floors cleaned well on a weekly basis as I have a toddler who is constantly getting into everything, and with a two parent working household—it’s hard to find time for everything. I have used Molly Maid once a year and every single time I am beyond satisfied. I had a horrible day at work but after coming home, seeing it and how fresh it smelled changed my entire mood. I am so happy I could cry. I had my dog loose and they said it wasn’t a problem which I really appreciate, they even cleaned around his dog bowl, and placed his bone there. I knew my dog felt comfortable around the ladies because he ate his food and he love a spotless place as well. The ladies who cleaned my home was Sonia and Maria. I will be booking again and I will request Sonia and Maria again. They did such an amazing job I will hire them for my dad as well. Thank you so much Molly Maid!!

Didnt appreciate the Bait and switch technique especially during tough times like these during the holidays. If you quote one price you should honor it. Additionally I spoke to someone to let them know I WILL NOT be moving forward w bi-weekly cleanings yet I received a reminder text message they’ll be coming out in 3 days. Im over these cleaning companies who claim theyre doing a “deep cleaning” and its always just surface level. Cant even move the garbage can to clean behind and stuff on shelf not moved and barely dusted. Kitchen counter tops were still dirty. They did ask to check their work afterwards however but I am legally blind so its hard for me to notice by myself I had to have family come view and time to feel things for myself. Besides its common knowledge and courtesy to know this if you're doing a “deep cleaning”

Edit to add since the business responded and accepts no accountability. The cleaners stated they fully cleaned all the other rooms except the one bedroom which I did not include in my initial review. Again, bait and switch when someone comes out to quote the cleaning it should be honored. You know what makes a great business, honesty, reliability, accountability, making up for your faults, doing better, extending apologies, and grace. Best of luck.
