Amazing service! We have been using the service for a few months and could not be happier with the results. We regularly have Jessica and Fran clean our home. We could not be happier with their attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism. Definitely recommend.

My first negative review. :(
Do not allow them to charge you hourly. I usually have one woman clean my entire house. It takes her about four hours and she does an amazing job.
Molly Maid sent two workers who have only been able to accomplish half the work in the same amount of time for twice the money. It’s incomprehensible.

Molly Maid does a solid job. The house is clean when they leave and they’re pretty consistent. The team is professional and gets in and out without any issues. Overall, happy with the service.

Very pleased with Yolanda and Lupita from Molly Maid Oak Park. They are friendly, prompt, and communicative. They take their time to do a thorough job, including the areas that can be easily overlooked (like dusting all the base boards on all 4 floors). I especially appreciate their care in working around my kids’ latest creations that “can’t be touched” and all the Lego builds that clutter our flat surfaces :)

My spouse hired Molly Maid, to try to reduce some stress around cleaning, and to say they were not worth the money is an understatement. They charged 25% more than their quote for a one-time clean, they damaged a recently refinished tub, and they took a large amount of paint off of the downdraft over my stove.

Their "deep clean" is anything but.

And to respond to their disingenuous response below of: "we can't find you in our customer database." Of course you can't. I stated up front my wife booked the service.

I’ve been using Molly Maid for a while now and it has completely changed my home and brought down my stress with upkeep. As someone with a busy schedule and travels often for work, consistent upkeep can be a challenge at times. The team is ALWAYS willing to work with my schedule and has been easy to work with every time. The team always leave my home looking better than what i could have left it. I always appreciate the team coming to support me and has made my life a bit more manageable. Prices are fair and reasonable for the services i receive. Thank you!

I have been using molly maid for a few years now with a consistent team coming every other week. They make our lives so much easier and are always flexible if we need to reschedule. Generally we are very happy with cleans, but every once in a while will have to point out areas that need extra attention (under furniture, dusting surfaces of lamps)

I cannot overstate what a fantastic job Yolanda and Lupita did today. They went above and beyond!
Our bathroom is very difficult to clean as both the floors and the walls are made of natural stone so they have an uneven texture which requires hand-scrubbing. Additionally, we are currently renovating the area around that bathroom, so it needed a very thorough cleaning. When I walked in, tears came to my eyes because of how good it looked. I would say almost as good as the day it was completed. They even vacuumed and organized the area of construction outside the bathroom even though I told them they didn’t need to. It made a huge difference! Again, above and beyond! They spent the majority of their time on that bathroom, which is what I requested, but with the rest of their time, the cleaned the other bathroom and our kitchen and mopped the main floor of our home. Even though they didn’t spend as much time in these rooms, the rooms looked and smelled amazing.

We asked for deep cleaning, the crew left family room and basement with no clean!!! All bedroom's tables, dressers and floors were not cleaned. they knocked down the painting and didn't put it back. I told the ladies all tables have to wiped. I showed her where they didn't clean, she seems no cleaning experience and very unhappy to re-clean all these places. Another lady said they actually finished their work they have to leave because they have another appointment. Then they just left. I called office they have 2 rooms even didn't clean but they left. the office says will call me back in 30mins, but they didn't call me back. I sent email to manager, she told me that I'd better walk through before they left, and tell them which parts they didn't finish, which I did! Also training maids is not my work, they should be trained by company before they come to clients'. We were so disappointed the company.
