I had an Excellent experience with Molly Maids. I needed an appointment right away and they were able to assist in cleaning my whole house for a new tenant. I was very pleased with their availability. I would definitely recommend Molly Maids to everyone I know.

Wow!! A house cleaning is something that we have always wanted to do but were hesitant to open up our home for others to clean. However, this was the best decision we could have made. The ladies that came were absolutely fantastic!! The job they did was outstanding and it’s been a week and I’m still happy and talking to everyone about it. They were so hard working and didn’t stop the entire time they were at my home. The attention to detail was outstanding and did so much more than I imagined they would do. I was extremely grateful as we had family coming in from England and didn’t have time to do a deep clean, but the ladies at Molly maid absolutely smashed it for us. We have a dog and they did amazing at getting all the dog hair off the base boards, they did washed the doors the baseboards the high touch areas they vacuumed the curtains scrubbed the floors and did the dishes, they bathrooms came up cleaner than they have ever been even getting the sealant clean around the bath and the sink, the appliances looked brand new like they’d never been used before and they even made the beds before they left. Will definitely be using these guys again, can’t say enough good things about them. So happy we decided to finally take the leap.

I’ve been with Molly Maids for over a year now and very pleased with my decision. I left a cleaning service that stole from me in the past, and they’ve proven themselves to be trustworthy which I can appreciate. They have been receptive to feedback and provide quick and efficient customer service.

Molly Maid has cleaned our home a few times now and I couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommended their services. They've been extremely professional in communications, very considerate of our nervous felines, and willing to accommodate our (sometimes last minute) requests. 5 stars because that's the most i'm allowed to give!

I was given a gift certificate for Molly Maid by my son. The phone rep made it very easy to schedule the service, and followed up with convenient text reminders. The ladies were timely, friendly and professional. They were very efficient, making sure to touch up all surfaces. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Molly Maid.

If I could rate it a zero I would. Very sketchy management. Lack transparency in pricing, lying about how long the cleaners stay to complete the job (most people of cameras on their properties these days with time stamps), actual cleaning was nothing special. Better off looking for a smaller cleaning company. Owner is trying to charge $450 for a one time clean, despite bill left behind by cleaners for $225 (still very expensive)- Do not use!!

I was hesitant about hiring a cleaning service in general. But about a year in we still have them come out every other week and our girls are consistent and amazing. Highly recommend, everything has been very smooth!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They damaged my property and while they removed the charge from my credit card they insisted they were not responsible. I requested to speak to a manager and no one called.Just a total blow off. Avoid this company.

Check around! Call other companies! Recently had surgery so needed basic one time cleaning of condo. It took two people 2.5 hours to vacuum and mop mostly carpeted floor, wipe kitchen cabinets and clean a bathroom with no tub. No dusting, no making beds, no fans or shades, no oven or fridge, no windows ! And they broke something that was on the shelf I asked not to clean. Worst of all was calling to inquire as to how it could have taken so long and cost so much nearly $400 and ……. still waiting! NEVER AGAIN!

What a great experience! I hired them for a move-out cleaning on a rental property that was an absolute nightmare, and they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, the entire staff was professional, friendly, and thorough. They left the property squeaky clean, and I will definitely be using them again!

A Disappointing "Deep Clean" Experience

I recently hired this company for a deep clean and was inherently disappointed with the service. We were quoted over $175, which I was willing to pay for the detailed cleaning I had requested, specifically mentioning things like baseboards, light switches, and window cleaning. Ultimately we were charged $350+ for a lackadaisical mop up.

The issues began right away when the crew showed up 3 hours late. Once they finished, my partner called and asked if I had requested the deep clean. I had and was shocked to hear that none of the deep cleaning tasks I had explicitly asked for were done. They performed what looked like a basic cleaning, which was even listed on their own paperwork as a $150 service, not the $350+ deep clean we were charged for.

I called to explain the situation and requested a refund. They weren’t keen on the refund and instead offered a new crew, described as "the best of the best," would be sent to fix the job. Sounds great, say less!

However, the exact same crew returned. I was open to giving them a second chance to rectify the initial poor service, but they showed up with ire. My bad, I didn’t mean to piss anyone off, but again they didn’t seem to care about the requests we had explicitly outlined and paid for in our initial request. When I tried to clarify the tasks I had initially requested when I submitted in my quote request to Molly Maids, the woman working wouldn’t talk to me (which honestly I get, I’m annoying) and instead she called her dispatcher. When the dispatcher answered and verbally highlighted everything mentioned above she said “Oh you’re right this was supposed to be a deep cleaning…”

The crew proceeded to begrudgingly re-wipe the surfaces they initially wiped, neary an issue I identified be addressed.

Ultimately, we paid for a deep clean and received one half of a cleaning on two separate occasions. The lack of attention to detail and the failure to fulfill the agreed-upon service, even after a second attempt, was incredibly frustrating. I can't recommend this company for any deep cleaning services.

I’ve been using Molly Maid for 4 years now and I’m very pleased with their service. They’re friendly and accommodating when I need to change cleaning days.

I would have thought my husband replaced all of the faucets, they looked new and shiny as did the rest of the house. You could see their hard work everywhere. I always thought I was good at cleaning, but they are next level.

I highly recommend Molly Maid for house cleaning. The team always arrives on schedule and does a thorough job cleaning my home. The rates are also reasonable. With a dog who is shedding his fur for summer, I struggle to keep my floors clean without them. I love coming home to such a clean house.
