Had set up an appointment for service on Wednesday, a lady name lee called to reschedule, the new appointment was for Friday and when Friday came, no one showed up or called. This is not a service that anyone should use....

It's May 11, 2026. The company literally sat on $196,000 for Restoration services since the end of last September 2025. I wish to give a ZERO and don't recommend obtaining any type of work from the company. Day after day, week after week, month after month I was LIED to about project work and (lack thereof) progress. My 1st contract deadline is May 20, 2026 but their not even 1/4 of the way done as of today's date. The Final contract deadline will s July 20, 2016. So far, absolutely nothing good... I wouldn't recommend Fire & Restoration in Midlothian to my worst enemy 🙏🏽 😡

They robbed me and hundreds of other contractors one lady they owe over 100k Jack the owner was in prison for insurance frauds but hes nowhere to be found as owner and if u look up that company owner that died long time ago but company still exists so be aware they will take ur stuff charge insurance company and they wont even finish their job right

I live next door to a burned out bldg they are cleaning out. They work over 10 hours a day M-F and half a day Saturday making extreme noise. I understand that's part of their job but the whole block should not have to hear them sunup to sundown AND weekends. They are making it hard for me to do MY job.

They were professional, my thing were cleaned to like new. I was very surprised at my belongings that were saved. Everything was labeled & packed very well. Drop off service was neat and fast. I would recommend them to a friend. CH

Terrible service! First of all, most of the clothing they "cleaned" was clothing we specifically said we did not want cleaned. The clothing we did want to be cleaned never appeared again. Not to mention the clothing we got back was extremely stretched out to the point where they weren't even wearable anymore. Secondly, they took all my medals and trophies from high school. The lady asked if I wanted them cleaned I specifically remember saying yes to her and she took them all and I NEVER got them back! The people that were grabbing things for us to choose whether we wanted them cleaned or not would ask us and we would reply yes or no as to whether we wanted those cleaned or not so, it angers me to find that they got NOTHING right as to what we actually wanted back.

This is a wonderful Company that GOD is with. I am a retired litigatilon attorney who was diagnosed with a serious desease, and then suffered a household fire. These wonderful people, with their Public Insurance Adjusters, handled everything from night one and when I moved back into my wonderful rebuilt home. DO NOT RELY ON YOUR OWN INSURANCE COMPANY CLAIMS PEOPLE. Hire these qualified, professional and KIND people. I didn't have to pay a cent without being reimbursed. I highly recommend this group if you have faith in GOD, love people and want experts to carry you through difficult times.

My insurance company recommended Rescue Cleaning & Fire Restoration to clean and fix damages caused by a fire in the facility. I’m very satisfied that Rescue Cleaning & Fire Restoration got the job done on time making the facility look brand new! The staff was very professional and always available!
