I received a referral for this company from a trusted friend. I immediately advised my husband to call this company based on my friend’s experience. To my dismay, I was shocked and thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service that my husband received just trying to schedule an appointment. I’m very big on customer service and this company failed to meet my expectations early in the process. As a potential customer, my husband and I didn't expect to be treated in such a demeaning manner.

During the process of scheduling an appointment, at my friend’s request, we notified the representative that she referred us. Immediately, in a rude tone, the representative states, “It’s still going to be a $175 service charge”. Then he went on to say, “I’m not going to be driving all around for free.” It was never implied or requested that they provide a service or commute for free. Why would you assume that by simply saying who referred your company that we were expecting anything short of the same quality service that you provided the person that referred you? We never expressed any issues with the service charge nor were we expecting a discount for saying someone referred your company to us. One would think that the person making the referral would benefit not the person being referred anyway!

What bad experience just with one call, I asked just to get a rate to checkout my frozen pipes and because of that apparently the person that answer I think was the owner told me to call a handyman because he will not give me a price for just to look at the problem, am a single mom plus I have an accent maybe that's why he considers I wasn't important enough for his business and he wanted to charge me whatever he wants, am a business woman and I welcome everyone in my business no matter how they look, what they looking for or what their needs are I don't make anyone feel uncomfortable.

This company goes above and beyond!! Very communicative, quick response and gets the job done right the first time. I am so appreciative of their time, hard work and effort!! I will definitely use them again!! They installed a new hot water tank for me. Very clean, friendly and timely! Thanks again!!

While I didn’t directly receive his services, as he was very occupied given the current deep freeze, he gave us all the advice we needed to defrost our pipes and get water running. An amazing plumber indeed. Helped us trouble shoot and solve the problem.

First, our problem was not an emergency.
I called and both Bob and his son returned our call within an hour, both of them.
Bob Jr came the next day. He had everything he needed in his truck. We had a great conversation and he okayed it when I asked him if I should get a bigger sump pump. He came back the next morning with everything we discussed and was finished in a few hours with a new more modern pump. He also made sure the pipes were more vertical than before.
This is the second time I’ve used them and I would use them again, if needed.

Hired this company to replace our sump pump. Rich came by was honest that I didn’t NEED to replace the pump which we appreciated his honesty however my husband & I didn’t want to worry about water coming in. He explained the different options available to us without pushing us towards the most expensive item. Extremely great service, the price was reasonable & Rich was phenomenal! Rich will be my guy to call for all our plumbing needs in the future!

We had sewer back up from the July 2025 storms, so Bart and his team installed a check valve for us.

From the initial estimate consultation, Bart was very informative and covered all of our questions and concerns.

His team then came back the following week to complete the job.

His pricing is relatively fair to what the going rate for this type of job is. We ended up hiring Creative Plumbing because Bart’s expertise gave us confidence that he would do a good job.

We plan to continue to use Creative Plumbing for any future plumbing jobs we need.

Time will tell how well the check valve works for us.

Bart the owner and his team handled a nasty clog cause by tenant using wipes. The team rodded a 100 foot line and was able to clear the drain line. Bart explained very well the line diagram on how it connects to the front property. If you need a reliable professional company please call creative plumbing.

I was 3 days without water, with this freezing temperatures my pipes got frozen I called different companies but Bart took my call and showed up less than 15 minutes, he fixed all, he took his time and try differents ways to address the problem, he is a life saver, call his company if you need something don't hesitate just do it.
