I had a chandelier chain break and and in turn was precariously hanging by the electrical wire alone. Brad showed up to my home in less than two hours as this was a safety hazard and could fall at any moment. Other electricians/contractors I called took a long time to respond or not at all because they were not interested with working on a ladder in my foyer that was 20 feet high. His quote was not the lowest or highest but was what I considered quite reasonable for the work I asked him to perform. Immediately he removed the hanging chandelier so we could eliminate the hazard. We scheduled the installation for a later date. He took extra care to not damage the walls or banister while maneuvering a 16' tall ladder into and out of my 7'x7' cramped foyer area. Brad Blumhard in all aspects acted like a true professional. I strongly recommend his company and services.

Remote ceiling fan module fried and started smoking/sparking. Got a referral for Brad and gave him a call. He was wrapping a job nearby, stopped over, completed an inspection, provided an estimate, acquired the needed parts and completed the job less than 90 minutes later. Highly recommended!

Brad was great. He was responsive and professional. He installed our foyer light and did an amazing job. I'm glad we found him. Other electricians that we contacted either did not want the job, sent over bloated estimates, or took way too long to send back a proposal. We reached out to Brad on a Friday. We scheduled a free estimate the following Monday and I had the light installed later that afternoon. I will certainly use Blumhardt Electric again for future needs.

I had a light installed in my bedroom, Ring camera installed at my front door where the area was too narrow to mount it, and four can lights installed in my kitchen. He also gave me estimates on some other work, which I could not afford to have done it this time.

Brad arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. The quotes he gave me are what I was actually charged in the end. He worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely use him again if needed.

I planned a cleaning after my kids began sneezing, and the crew discovered a toy plane wing in the duct on our fly day. They handled UV light installation and deep cleaning, and the air is now clean. I'm really pleased with their takeoff.

Our home had a persistent burnt smell whenever we ran the dryer. Technician Leo came to do a dryer vent cleaning and found the vent almost entirely blocked with lint. He also offered a full air duct cleaning, which I didn’t plan for but agreed to after seeing how bad things were. The smell is gone now, and our dryer works like new. I feel safer knowing the fire risk has been reduced.!!

My air conditioner was running constantly, but it wasn't cooling well. After Shawn cleaned the coils, there was an instant improvement. Dust accumulation was also eliminated by air duct cleaning. Drying time was shortened by cleaning the dryer vent. Blower cleaning was done and made the airflow smoother. Furnace cleaning eliminated previous debris. Bad odors were avoided with the help of UV lamp installation and mold treatment.

Five stars for sure! Called Saturday late evening and I had a technician out Sunday morning.Had Quintrell as our technician. Explained everything to us and was very quick to notice the part that needed fixing was under warranty still. He was very detailed and got us back up and running within an hour. Very pleased with this company and will use them again in the future!

This summer, in two separate instances (1 AC related, 1 furnace related) we utilized Comfort First. In both instances, we had an extremely quick dispatch time with very well trained and experienced technicians. With the way I am, the technicians allowed me to “learn” why the issues occurred. (I ask a LOT of questions!).
