Jake and his coworker were very thorough from a start to finish and explained the process before starting. They even wore shoe covers which I greatly appreciated! They also were kind enough to work with my home meetings and completed my home office first to avoid disruption. Highly recommend

Their employees were all professional, from initial repair to sales to the installation of a new high-efficiency furnace and AC/heat pump. They set up the thermostat so an app can monitor it. They checked on us to make sure everything was working at maximum efficiency. Would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair an existing HVAC system. BTW, our old system was original to our home for 27 years.

This place is AMAZING.
At 2:45 in the morning, my girlfriend’s cat decided to become an HVAC system explorer and somehow got stuck in our air duct. Don’t ask how. We don’t know either. The fire department and police department had just left, and we were standing there wondering if we were about to live with a cat permanently installed in our ductwork.
I Googled “24/7 HVAC” in a panic, and Comfort popped up. I called, fully expecting to leave a voicemail. Instead, they called me back in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES — at 2:45 AM. Absolute legends.
Rick went above and beyond, helping us figure out how to rescue our fuzzy little duct goblin, and then actually followed up a few hours later to make sure the cat was out and alive. Who does that?!
They even sent someone out to put the furnace back together after the great Cat Escape of 2026.
Seriously, these people didn’t just fix our HVAC — they saved our sanity, our sleep, and our cat. Forever grateful. Highly, highly recommend Comfort!

Jake and Alesandro came to our house on January 8th to replace the water heater. From the beginning, they were very professional. They wore shoe covers, put down cloth on the floor to protect it, and explained everything to us well. Even our water pressure is much better. We also want to thank Jeff W. and Brad W. for fixing and maintenance on our furnace and for their professionalism. We absolutely will be using their services again!

Comfort First is a great company to work with. They are always quick to get out and the technicians are great. We appreciate that they aren’t pushy and looking for the most expensive fix and they break everything down for you once they diagnose what the problem is. Today we had Cory out to our house and we were extremely happy with his work and we will continue to recommend Comfort First to others.

Scam artists. Had them come for a routine health check of my furnace. The guy that came out for the service "conveniently" left a few things unplugged hoping i would call them out again so they can charge me to "fix" it. Oh and that wasn't event the worst part. They supposedly found a crack in my heat exchanger and took picture for proof. Had another company come out and check the heat exchanger and not a single crack was found. Scam artists! Seems like they tried to trick me into paying thousands for something I didn't need. Will warranty the part and confirm if there was in fact a crack or not.

Company set us up with an appointment and showed up within that time frame. Brad W came out and diagnosed and fixed our heater in no time. Very polite and professional guy. It was freezing in our house and now it's going up and keeping the kids warm. Great service highly recommend 👌

So very happy with the switch we made to Comfort First for service and regular maintenance of our HVAC system! Our technician, Brad, was prompt and on the early side of our time window (which we appreciate). He was friendly and knowledgeable and did his job efficiently, giving us many good options for future services and add-ons. Also very easy to communicate with scheduling. Excellent company all the way around!

Wife and I returned home to a cold house and realized the furnace was not working. When I investigated I could smell hot wires in the furnace room. Called Comfort First and they had a technician here shortly after 6:00PM. Cory discovered the blower motor was frozen. He then did a detailed investigation of the entire furnace to see if there were any other issues, taking photos of everything, and discovered some other major issues. ( the furnace is 29 years old). A new furnace was definitely needed so their analyst, Dan, came just after 9:00 that evening to assess what we would need. Their installers, Jake and Niko, were here by 8:15 the next morning and worked meticulously all day getting it installed, making sure everything was perfect.
I will definitely continue using and recommending their services in the future.

Great service, came today as scheduled, They text you a photo and HVAC experience on the tech coming to your home, and the tech calls when he’s on the way with an approximate time of arrival. Cory our tech was personable, very experienced, explained everything he was testing for, offered a solution, identified the part was in stock at their shop, went and picked it up, and returned to complete the service! We’ve used ComfortFirst for years and they always communicate well, send a tech quickly, and solve any issues we have. Very satisfied to say the least and we highly recommend this company for HVAC equipment, preventative maintenance and installations!

Amazing experience from start to finish with booking service, the technician Tyron was thorough, informative, professional (even wore shoe covers), quick and efficient. Was not pushy with selling anything. They provided a full report after service including lot of pictures along the way of servicing and repairing (this was wonderful) we started with adding Freon for what was leak somewhere and he explained the whole process and next steps. Would highly recommend the company for service.

Comfort First was fabulous; easy making an online appointment, they called back to confirm details of what service I needed and confirmed appointment. The technician, Cory, called first thing in morning of appointment, told us what time he’d be here and was on-time. He was very thorough and explained everything, including prices so there were no surprises. He took photos of everything that he worked on and showed them to me. He had my furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend. Will be using them again in future.
