My furnace wasn't working and they were able to come out right away. The service call charge was reasonable plus the tech was knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely call them again.

They did some work for me putting in a damper system. I also just had a furnace cleaning. Great technicians and great company! Probably not the cheapest, but you get high quality installations and repairs.

Our technician was very professional and went over everything and his recommendations. Appreciated that he wasn’t high-pressure and trying to sell us. Something definitely will use in the future. We do know that we’re going to need to replace the air conditioning in the furnace here soon looking to see About prices.

Came out in a pinch because we had smoke coming out of our vents.
Edit: I would also like to add since I didn't have much time to write the review earlier. That the tech that came out was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. He also made calls to other techs to get more input. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with HVAC tech, Joe C. from Comfort First. He cleaned my furnace and dryer vent. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. He patiently answered all of my questions and offered simple suggestions as to how to keep my furnace in a good working condition. Thanks!

Ty was extremely professional. He came into my home and covered his feet so nothing would get dirty. He went through and explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite. I highly recommend him and comfort first.

We had Comfort First come in to give us an estimate on a new central air install. We have never had such a pleasant experience! Mike took the time to explain each part of the install and why things should be done the way they are done. This was very helpful. Mike was also very personable and made us feel comfortable asking the questions we had. Donny and the ladies in the office treated us as if we were long time customers and were quick to respond to us. We were very impressed with the customer service we received. My furnace has been kicking on but not staying on so it was freezing this morning when I woke up. Did a google search and hit up Comfort First. They had a technician here in less than 45 mins. Cory showed me the issues and went over my options with me. I spent significantly less than I expected to and my house is back to a normal temperature. A+ service

After dealing with a few service companies, my furnace problem was finally diagnosed by Comfort First.

They set up an appointment with Mike C. who analyzed the layout and explained different options. I feel that he is honest and very knowledgeable.

I had an all around great experience with all of their staff from their installers, Mike S. and Alejandro to their office team.

Our furnace quit on Friday, the coldest day of the year! This staff got us running through the weekend and replaced the system on Monday! I appreciated the texts showing who was coming to our home and when, their thoughtfulness in coming in and out of the house and they were just nice! And we are nice and toasty again!

Cory W showed up during the three hour window we were given. Furnace was working sporadically and not keeping the house warm during a very cold weekend. He examined the furnace thoroughly and repaired the problem. He also provided information in regard to what we may need to do in the future. We are very happy with his work and thankfully the house is warm again.

On black Friday our furnace started making a noise and we had a technician at our house in less than an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Less than an hour later the Supervisor was there sizing up my 27 year old unit for replacement. That following Monday afternoon, I had a new furnace. I can't say enough about this company. They are fantastic.

Like many of the reviews, Murphys law got us on a Friday, in the afternoon, as an Arctic cold front was coming. Furnace went out, had the tech out same day, provided the bad news (need a new furnace). Mike C. Came out the next day, provided an estimate that was fair, and honest, and thorough. Crew came out Monday and had it completed by 5. The texting to let you know they’re on the way is great, along with a short bio about the technician.

On a cold cold day with something on the hvac system going haywire, we called Comfort First to check it out. They were here within 1.5 hours and Tim (great guy) was very knowledgeable and found the problem within minutes! We are happy and toasty once again! Thank you guys for always coming through!
On another note, last year my brother was in the middle of selling his house and the furnace died. It was very very cold out. I called Comfort First and they made the truck over to his house about 15/20 miles away right away. Yep, there was no revival of the furnace. So Tim (again) went back to the shop and they installed new furnace stat!
Wonderful experience on both occasions!

I had no heat when I came back from vacation. It was -2 degrees out when I called at 11:30pm. They said they would try to get someone to look at the furnace as soon as they could. Cory W. was there first thing the next morning and identified the part that failed and replaced it. Every conversation with this company was kind and very helpful. Cory W. is a great technician and took the time to explain what went wrong and how he was fixing it and what the part he was replacing does in the system. I will be using Comfort First from now and highly recommend them!

Starting from diagnosis with our furnace problem, the service has been fantastic.
All steps were explained in great detail and easy to understand.
When I decide to install the furnace and AC units, Mike guided me every single steps clearly and patiently.
Then, Nicko and Ross came to install the units, they came on time, work so efficiently, and also polite.

Last part, a month after installation, Joel came to do checkup make sure the units work properly (I guess not every Company do this for you). As other team members, Joel did so professionally.

Sean who came to evaluate what we needed came right away. Was very informative and friendly. He also set up an appointment for instillation of the new furnace quickly ( which was awesome because the weather had just turned cold and snowing! We were desperate! )Our Tec Logan called on his way giving us a 15 min.heads up. When he arrived he was very efficient, friendly, and answered all of our questions. This company really cares about the people they serve. They want the best experience for the customer. I would have these people back in a heart beat .

Great customer service! I needed to schedule furnace maintenance after recently moving, and Timothy was extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly after cleaning the furnace and walked me through several options to consider. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the spring for my air conditioner maintenance.
