I dealt with Brad who is a pros pro and a pleasure to deal with. My house is on a wooded lot with a 25 foot steep ravine headed down to the creek bed. So the work at my house is difficult and needs to be handled by experienced professionals. It was a job well done for sure.

Shout out to arborist Dean Pearson, who is so knowledgeable and has been so helpful and patient with all my tree questions over the last few years ... and to the amazing crew of Kurt, Mike and Dylan who removed 2 mature trees from my property with skill and professionalism - and even sensitivity, as I was particularly sad about losing an old maple in my backyard. They worked so hard and left my yard in great shape. Thank you, Davey.

I am so very pleased to once again have employment that allows me to have the “Annual Suite” of Davey Tree Services to keep my several trees and many bushes healthy & beautiful!

We have used Davey Tree for years and their service is exceptional. Dean, our arborist, should give classes on how to provide excellent customer service. Both Dean and Marcus (the manager) have provided constructive advice on which trees to prune, cut down, and replace. We recently had two new trees and six new small bushes planted in our yard. Jose and Michael did a great job . And Toni is always helpful and friendly on the phone. I highly recommend them.

Marcus Parker from The Davey Tree Expert Company did a great job explaining what our backyard trees needed to continue a great life. The crew did a fine job of trimming and left the property neat and clean.

I’ve been using this company for many years for fertilization and pest control. It costs me several hundred dollars per year. They’ve been fine, but others who skip fertilizing their trees and shrubs seem to be doing ok without it. A few years ago, I consulted with their arborist to help me come up with a natural screen between our property and a neighbor’s. The property line is on an easement and is wet on a regular basis. The arborist suggested burning bushes on a raised bed. Trusting his expertise, I spent $2000 on the project. It had to be done twice because the first time the bushes were tiny and began to die off. The second round of bushes have hardly grown and turn yellow and red by June. I feel I was steered in the wrong direction and was wrong to trust the arborist. This year, it’s been as bad as it has ever been. I called them to come take a look. They did and offered to give it a fertilization for free. It did absolutely nothing. They also offered another service for several hundred dollars. I passed and suggested via email that they should be responsible for corrective procedures at no cost. My email was ignored. I am canceling service and looking for another company with more competent arborists.

We had 7 large trees dormant trimmed this spring, and the entire Davey team was outstanding! From the arborist I initially met with to the three crew members who did the actual trimming, everyone was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to ask detailed questions, listened to all my concerns, and clearly explained their recommendations. What really impressed me was their attention to customer satisfaction—after finishing, they walked me through each tree and made sure I was happy with the results, even offering to make adjustments if needed. Top-notch service all around!

Pro Tree removed some overgrown bushes from my yard. They were quick, clean, and the price was fair. I would use again in the future if I ever needed any help with any tree related services.

I can’t say enough about John’s Pro Tree! We had a 95’ tree which measured over 4’ across. This tree was 1 foot away from a tool shop , electrical /cable hook ups, as well as being only 30 feet from of two houses. The crew of John’s Pro Tree surgically removed branches, limbs and trunk without any damage to home or property! They completely cleaned and removed all logs and debris as they completed the job.

Pro Tree Service was AMAZING to work with. We had an ancient catalpa tree that had to be removed urgently. The tree was located in a difficult space, and other removal professionals declined the job. PTS reprioritized their schedule to accommodate the removal before it could become a hazard to neighboring structures. They performed hours of meticulous and careful removal from a narrow backyard space and cleaned up after themselves continuously. Truly above and beyond work delivered. I would recommend them for any tree removal situation.

Very bad service. Comes to give an estimate on his own time when nobody is home after originally giving us a time he would show up. (so how would he know what I want or need cut). Gives a time the tree cutting crew is coming and they show up 4 hours before the scheduled time (what if I was not home at the time). The workers don’t even know the job they come to do. I called John back to see if they were able to come cut what I actually needed cut & of course Mr. John wants more $$ for the service in which he estimated without speaking to me. I do not recommend doing business with people who show up on their own time and quote you for something you didn’t talk with the person about but want to charge you $1200 more for an inconvenience that isn’t my problem. Maybe next time you service someone’s house you speak with that person in full detail as to what they want. Not quote the tree yourself and then not be here to see the job get done & get mad that the job isn't done correctly.

Miguel (Micky) and his team came and cut our tree and did an amazing job! Did more than we expected! The job was done sufficiently, the clean up was outstanding! I RECOMMEND them 110%! Great price, amazing work!

Tony visited our property to inspect the trees and stumps we wanted removed. He offered a competitive price, and his candid approach was much appreciated. The work was completed within a few days, and the Pro Tree Service team was respectful of our property, safe in their operations, and showed a great sense of pride in their work.
We will definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend their services.

From the very first phone call to request a quote to the very end result was nothing but a wonderful experience. They scheduled on a Saturday and were right on time, removed 2 extremely large trees in our back yard, the crew was exceptional, very polite and very clean. Came back on Monday when they said they would to grind the stumps and Tuesday hauled away the trees. Great price, great customer service, just a great experience all around. Very highly recommend!!!

The best company we could have called out. I left my house for 20 min and by the time I got home my tree in the front was gone. Very professional and in and out to do their job. Don’t think twice about hiring these guys.

They came out next day to remove fallen tree that hit house. They clean up all branches on both side off my house. They where fast. I will recommend them in future. Thanks for great job u did.

We just had a job completed by John’s Pro Tree Service and they did a spectacular job at a very reasonable price. Our was a difficult one, at least in my opinion. Two huge Maple trees, at least 60 years old and about 75 foot tall located right off our back deck about 8 feet from the back of our house. The crew arrived right on time, were very friendly and didn’t make us feel like we were being a bother when we asked questions. The worked so efficiently. I didn’t think it was possible to remove both trees in one day but the job was complete by 4:00. The guys on the crew work like a fine-oiled machine, each having their own responsibilities and executing them perfectly. The skill and precision in cutting the large limbs/branches while up in the tree and the skill of the crane operator amazed me. Their attention to detail in cleaning up after shredding the branches and cleaning up the wood chips was outstanding. What a great experience. And then this morning, a gentleman came to grind the huge stumps and within two hours, they were gone. I highly recommend John’s Pro Tree Service and in fact, we are so pleased we are having to very tall Blue Spruce removed from our front yard and our neighbor is having them remove six trees from her property in the next few weeks. If you are looking for a tree service that is honest, reliable, experienced and caring, hire John’s Pro Tree Service.

John’ Pro Tree Service did an excellent job removing two very large, tall dead elms in my front yard. This was a complete service of tree removal, debris cleanup, and stump grinding. I kept the mulch. They also cut a bough to firewood length at my request free of charge.

John’s Pro Tree Service did tree removal for my neighbor, but they left a mess all over my property. There were branches scattered across my lawn and sidewalk. The crew was walking all over my yard with no regard, and they were even piling tree branches right next to my car — I had to move it just to avoid possible damage. Extremely careless and unprofessional behavior. Just because I wasn’t the paying customer doesn’t mean my property should be treated like a dumping ground. I wouldn’t recommend them based on how inconsiderate they are to nearby homes.

These guys were trimming our neighbor’s tree and came over to our house to access our backyard. We had a sitter with our daughter. These guys continually pounded on the door and when nobody answered took it upon themselves to enter our backyard, absolutely freaking out our sitter and daughter. We almost called 911. When we called the number on their shirts the owner couldn’t be more rude. Then told us it was no different than comed and they had a right to enter our property. When we told him we would call the police he told us “his dad” was the sergeant. Not only a bad businessman but also a total bully who brings up his daddy (?). I wouldn’t trust him with our business.
