AC went out late on Saturday night so I called Black Widow after reading reviews. I am so glad I did. Marco came out the next morning and had the AC back up and running before the coffee even finished brewing. He explained thoroughly what was wrong, how he fixed it, and tips for extending the life of the unit. I would highly recommend using Black Widow for any heating/cooling needs!

Marco is phenomenal!!! Needed an upgrade on my thermostat and he told me the benefits of a smart one. Got one installed and couldn’t be any more happier ☺️ prices were so reasonable, he was quick but very officiant and professional! Definitely calling him in the future for any of my HVAC needs👏🏼👏🏼

Marco had no trouble accommodating my working schedule. Came out to install a whole-house humidifier. He was polite, friendly, respectable and the price was very reasonable. Was a down to earth guy he explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and was fast! Would recommend if you have any heating/cooling work!

Had an awesome experience with Marco. My furnace went out and the control board was over $2K with installation. Knowing it was 20 years old and needing a new AC unit I decided to start shopping companies for a new furnace and AC unit. I collected 3 outrageous quotes for sub par contractor grade replacements. Marco came out to take a look and gave me a fair quote on name brand quality components, and installed them three days later. His team was professional and efficient, and I had heat that afternoon. As a bonus he threw in and installed a Wi-Fi thermostat. If you need an HVAC company, don’t hesitate to call Black Widow HVAC.

Update: I forgot to add what a good guy Marco is. He even offered to drive out space heaters until the install happened. What company does that?

I had a great experience with Marco, and highly recommend him. He came over after hours to look at my furnace, and was still extremely reasonably priced. He also fixed everything up and didn't try to upsell me.

Woke up today with my water heater flooding my basement. Fairly new house so I thought maybe it just needed a flush… come to find out my pressure valve was faulty. Marco and Nick took care of me. They squeezed us in last minute. The pricing was very reasonable. They helped calm my nerves over what was a stressful situation and educated me on what I can do myself and when I should ask for help/ have maintenanced. I’m already recommending them to family and friends.

Nick came out to do our yearly maintenance on our AC and I was impressed by his professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner. Was incredibly thorough and respectful of our property, a real service person doing a fantastic job. Call them today, you will not be disappointed!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Marco! I was sure I needed a new furnace, and if not, that any company I called would try to sell me one. Marco arrived several hours after I called, in the middle of a cold snap, and when he left an hour later my furnace was tuned up and working properly. I read about Black Widow, and Marco, on Nextdoor, and based on the reviews and comments there, asked him to come out to fix my AC unit.

The unit is from 1997! So I was expecting to spend several hundreds of thousands on the repair or replacement. nope 👍🏻

Marco fixed, cleaned, and repaired what was needed, but gave me the truth about the state of the unit. It’s going to need to be replaced sooner than later, so start putting some money away so I’m ready to get a new AC unit installed.

Contacted Black Widow for service on our AC unit. They contacted me back within an hour. Nick came out to service the AC and replace the motherboard unit. Nick did an amazing job! Marco is fantastic! He was kind, helpful, and explained everything that needed to be done. Before he came out we had another company, a big name place, come and give us an estimate. They told us the whole furnace was shot and that we needed a new one. We were told that we might as well bundle it and get a new AC unit once their salesman came. We called Marco for a second opinion and he absolutely saved the day! He discovered the issue was with the heat exchanger, not the overall furnace. He even called to see if we were under warranty, which we were! Thank you for showing up on the coldest day of January so far to fix it all up for us. We are happy to turn off the space heaters and enjoy our warm, cozy house again. You really saved winter for us! Customers for life :)

Marco was referred to me by someone who spoke very highly of him also in the HVAC industry. My HVAC unit went out and I called him late on a Friday night and he responded and took down all of the information needed immediately. He came out quickly at his earliest availability. He and Nick were very kind, friendly and answers additional questions I had. They finished fast, everything looked clean and followed up with me right away. Will recommend to everyone that needs an HVAC guy.
