I recently experienced an unexpected HVAC issue and, after reading positive feedback, decided to call Black Widow Heating & Cooling LLC. I called well after business hours, close to 7 PM, and was genuinely impressed that a technician answered right away.

We scheduled a visit for the next morning, and Nick arrived exactly on time at 8 AM. Nick was the definition of professional: personable, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. He swiftly diagnosed the problem and went the extra mile by quickly driving to Aurora to secure the necessary part. He returned and had my system fixed with remarkable speed.

Beyond the quick repair, Nick provided valuable advice, explaining key things I should monitor to ensure the system's longevity. This kind of excellent service and customer education is rare. I highly recommend Nick and Black Widow Heating & Cooling LLC for their outstanding work.

I called Marco at 7AM on a very cold day. He came out and looked at my furnace and found my heat exchanger to be failing. Marco showed me how to reset the furnace so I could limp along until a new furnace could be installed. Marco and Nick came back today (Tuesday), removed the old furnace and installed the new one. I could not be happier with the service provided by both Marco & Nick. They are friendly, kind, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Black Widow for your Heating and A/C needs.

I honestly can’t begin to rave enough about Marco. We had no heat, the night before and had a larger company out. They basically told is that we needed a new furnace for 13 thousand dollars. My husband did some research and tried fixing it himself. When Marco was kind enough to come to the rescue he discovered it was just a fuse. He was so honest and great. There is no one else we will be using. He also called today to make sure our house got up to temperature. That is absolutely amazing customer service! Thank you Marco!

Marco responded quickly to my no-heat call and came over to diagnose the issue. Because it was on Sunday afternoon, and parts are not readily available until the work week, he was able to temporarily get us up and running, until the next day, Monday. When the part needed became available in the morning, Marco had one of his men pickup and install the part. Nick was wonderful, and took care of the replacement quickly. Both of these guys are knowledgeable about their work,, and I appreciate them very much. They will be called to handle my future needs!

Just as it started getting cold, my heat stopped working. I called an HVAC company, they came out, gave me an estimate, then increased the estimate by over $400, and when I asked for an explanation, they refused to explain the cost (said they "couldn't"). I didn't trust them, so I declined their services. Frustrated, and with no heat, I looked for someone else to call, and that's when I found Black Widow Heating & Cooling. They're a small, local, family-owned business, which is the kind of business we should all be supporting. I called, and Marco (the Owner) picked up. That's the kind of service you get from a small business. The Owner actually answers the phone! I explained my issue to Marco, he said no problem - he could fix it, and we made an appointment. He showed up on time, and with his technician, Nick. Marco and Nick are both fantastic! They're knowledgeable, professional, and they treat you like a person - not like just a job.

They did my repair quickly, correctly, and for a price that made sense. Marco and Nick explained everything to me with full transparency. I HIGHLY recommend Black Widow HVAC to anyone looking for a repair or replacement. I'll call Marco every time!

Marco and the team at Black Widow Heating and Cooling were excellent to work with. Marco showed up early, was very professional, and did great work on the install. Pricing was very fair and the whole process was smooth and easy. It’s hard to find contractors who show up on time, communicate well, and deliver quality work, but Marco checked every box. I will absolutely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Marco and Nick came out as on time to replace my furnace. They use American standard products that are well known to be reliable. They did a very good job. Installation are very straight forward. They nice and knowledgeable in their practice. Price is unmatched too. Highly recommended!

Marcos came to diagnose an issue with our heater. He stayed for 10 minutes never diagnosed the issue he asked for a 150 dollars and left. After he left I called him and complained about the charge and the service. He came back two days later and again didn’t diagnose the issue but he tried to sell additional services such a WiFi thermostat installation that he admitted wouldn’t have solved the original issues!!!! Then he left and disappeared, no response to my texts. We have been cold for three days!!! He is very smooth in talking but no results.
