Problem with Furnace. Black Widow Heating and Cooling fixed the issue with same day service. Explained the furnace problem and repairs needed. My wife is happy, so I am happy.

This is by far the best HVAC company around. Fast, reliable, very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way you can understand. Marco came out after hours to get my AC running. All other companies couldn’t get to me until the next morning. Great job guys!

Marco is wonderful and I highly recommend him for ur HVAC needs. Our A/C unit went out and I had a big well known company come out to look and they quoted me 600 dollars to rewire everything. Had Marco come out for a second opinion and he fixed the problem without having to do any rewiring and saved me so much money. He was also prompt and accommodating and came out the same day I called him as my schedule was tight. His colleague recently did an A/C tune up and did a great job!

My nephew recommended Black Widow heating and cooling to me. My company said my air had to be replaced. Marco said it could be repaired saved me $5,000 so excited!!! They are my new heating and cooling company. Will never call anyone else again. I am a very happy customer.

Great service! We had another big company came out for a routine check up and was told we needed to replace the whole furnace and AC. Marco was recommended since we wanted a second opinion. He came out checked the furnace, didn’t see any major issues and even told us that our heat exchanger is still under warranty. As for the AC, he only recommended routine cleaning and refrigerant top off. Saved us so much money on unnecessary expenses. Highly recommended!

Black Widow, and specifically Marco, saved the day for us! Marco was extremely respectful and professional from start to finish. When we had an issue with our furnace, he picked up the phone right away and was out the same day to repair it—talk about amazing service! He came highly recommended by a neighbor, and now I see why. It’s hard to find honest people nowadays, but Marco’s integrity and skill have made him the only person I’ll call moving forward. my AC wasn't working properly I was told I needed a new unit by another company ($17,000) I looked online called Black Widow hearing and cooling i explained my situation to Marco told him what I was in need of he showed up at my door the next morning at 8:00 a.m. He assured me that my system was fine that it still had good life left in it and that all I needed was a couple tweaks and a little bit of freon and that I would be good to go. He spent 90 minutes here and was able to get my system up to the standard it needed to be at to run efficiently. I can't say enough good things about Marco and his company Black Widow heating and cooling. Highly highly recommend any AC issues, heat, commercial or residential call Black widow AC heating and cooling. You will not be disappointed. Super courteous super polite super professional in every possible way.

Last winter I had some furnace issues. I called Marco and he walked me through how to fix it over the phone, not even a service visit. This weekend my AC went out and Black Widow were the only company I called. Nick came by and fixed it today in under an hour and it's working great. I highly recommend these guys

I called late on a Sunday night and Marco answered and tried walking me thru some things to see if it was a simple fix, it wasn’t and Nick came out the next morning and replaced the igniter(I was shown the bad one) He was on time, was genuinely nice, answered all questions and even took extra time to show me how to change the filter in my humidifier. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company!

The night before the cold warning days were announced, and had just purchased the home my heater went out. Marco came out at 10 pm fix our problem, all done within 30 minutes of my call to him. Fantastic!

Called a few companies to install 50’ of 6” round duct to the ceiling of my basement. One said they don’t do that work another couldn’t come by to evaluate and then I reached Black Widow. Marco stopped by the next day to take a look and evaluate the job. He had many insights into doing the work and offered to start after the weekend. I signed up and they did a great job installing the pipe. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Marco and his crew.

Marco from Black Widow Hheating came out to fix my mobile home furnace. He was professional and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. I was having trouble finding someone to fix a mobile home furnace but they were there the same day with no extra charge . They also do home and business heatingI. I am very happy with rheir work and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

This summer I had some AC issues. I called a local company and their first recommendation was new unit. They applied refrigerant into the old unit and I was charged a good amount. Two weeks passed and no cold air was in the house. I had asked them to come back. They were backed up and I decided to get a second opinion. I left a message on their website and within a few hours, Marco offered to stop by the next day. He was able to explain and do more than the previous company. He offered me options and was able to fix my current AC unit and also offer me a good price on a new unit once ready! Great knowledgeable, great customer service and would definitely recommend to all!

Wow, I am completely blown away with how professional, knowledgeable, fair and friendly Marco was! We reached out to Marco very last minute as an emergency with our furnace right before we dropped down to single digits. Marco made time to get out to us that same day even after driving back from down state.
