Hagerty & Sons did a Great Job with my Water Heater install. On time and professional from beginning to end.

Bill came out to fix a leaking pipe in our attic. He was prompt, courteous and professional. After identifying the problem and answering our questions, he went to work and immediately fixed it. Would definitely recommend.

Todd from Hagerty and Son Plumbing will be the first call I make for all of my plumbing needs. Todd was a recommendation of a neighbor and I don't regret it at all. Todd was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely fair. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answer all of my questions, and point out some helpful hints. I highly recommend him!

This was my second experience with Hagerty & Sons. First time was to install a hot water heater, this time to replace a sump pump. They show up on time and they know what they are doing. The technician was very professional and did not try to sell me more equipment or services than I needed. Honestly, don't bother with anyone else, Hagerty & Sons are the best!

Todd, Bill and Boyd did a fantastic job planning and installing 3 new toilets, 2 faucets , refrigerator water line and natural gas grill line. Nose to the grind stone work ethic was so refreshing to see. Once again I would highly recommend Hagerty plumbing.

Great, honest plumber. Our hot water heater died and we needed a replacement FAST. Hagerty took the time to ask about my situation and was able to replace our non-typical hot water heater the same day. All this at a very competitive price compared to the other plumbers I called. Definitely would recommend Hagerty with confidence.

Hagerty & Son installed a Bradford White high efficiency gas water heater to replace our 14 year old leaking water heater. Communication and installation were excellent. I obtained two other estimates and Hagerty was the best. Thank you!

RJ O'Neil's professional staff installed my water heater and I couldn't be happier. The technician, Dan, arrived at the time I was given. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He took great care during the install laying down a tarp on my stairs and left the area clean. I noticed drops of water dripping from upstairs on the floor in my basement and mentioned it to Dan. Without hesitation, he said he would check, and sure enough the toilet upstairs was leaking. He addressed the issue right then and there.

Edited to add that I decided to change out two additional toilets and they sent out Stephen to replace them. He, too was top notch!

If you're looking for excellent customer service, professional and kind staff who love their job, as well as excellent products at a fair price, I highly recommend RJ O'Neil.

If you want a plumber who is overpriced charges APPRENTICE FEES then these are the people for you! I never even was shown picture of the alleged leak. THEY WILL MILK YOU FOR THE CHARGES.It took 2 times and still they couldn't show us a leak but they could show us a bill UNBELIEVABLE. UNTRUSTWORTHY. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Over billed by nearly $200 for a residential furnace servicing. Very friendly service and a good job but DANG...look closely at your invoice!!! I might call them again.

They did an amazing job at replacing a very old bathroom exhaust fan! Had to do a lot of work in hot circumstances/attic. Runs beautifully now!! Thank you Jessica and team!
