Very pleasant tech, simple repair of a 2 strand wire. He improved in 10 minutes what I had already done to meditate the problem

The technician arrived as he was scheduled and communicated with me as to what he was going to do. He was a very nice young man.

The Service Tech seemed very knowledgeable and very polite, from what I can tell she did a great job.

The presentation was excellent. Very informative & answered all our questions and no pressure! Thank you Jack, can’t wait to get our Generac generator!

Great communication with office and technicians. They kept me updated and were very honest. I had another company come out and tell me that I needed a new generator for $6800 as mine was not repairable. Adams was called for a second opinion and gave me the option of replacing the wiring harness or total replacement. The wiring harness was ordered and installed in the exact timeline given. Very happy. If anyone in the office sees this please tell the technician thank you for me.

Adam's needs to work on communication skills. Schedule my job without talking to me. I was unavailable. Took a week contact me.to reschedule. Came out to do instal and.wantef to change instal because they disnt.order parts they new.they needed.for.months. wanted to do half.the install and come back another day.to.finish the job. Thanks.for.wasting 2 days I said.no.do it all when you have part. You would think.i.would here something from service guy trent. But crickets. 10 days pass and I finally call salesman. He says he will have scheduling call. 3 days latter I called and scheduling no idea what I was talking about. Now the part.i needed is readily available at home depot. Or any supply store. Finally Trent called.me.with just another excuse.of.in competence. In the end we decided.it was best to get.my deposit back thanks for.nothing Adam's. They talk a good game but can't deluver.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Adams of Morris! My generator quit working during a power outage lasting several hours. A friend recommended I contact Adams of Morris. This was on a Friday after they were closed. Every contact was friendly, informative, and professional. The after-hours answering service representative politely took my call, explained the process, and notified the call team. The call team representative returned my call within minutes, discussed my generator issues allaying my concerns , kept me informed as be dispatched a service representative. I was impressed with the professional appearance of the company van and uniform. Really top notch! The service guy was super! He got my generator up and running in what seemed like no time, all the while explaining the problem and teaching me what I needed to know about routine service. He cleaned up all the oil that caused my problem in the first place. Im really glad that I called Adams and will be using them for routine service in the future to avoid another fiasco!!!

I purchased a great new replacement generator which Adams installed very professionally. I couldn’t be home at the time of install, but my wife said the crew was courteous and respectful of our home.

Several months later, we had our first power outage; the generator performed as expected…however we noticed an oversight on our part; while the well for our house was on generator, the chlorination/water treatment system was not. Not great to be drinking untreated water during a power outage!

I contacted Adams the next day to see what could be done. They had someone out right away to switch up the circuits. I’m very pleased and thankful!
