Came on wrong day so I was not here but I wanted to be when they came. Did not see an invoice for about 2 weeks. When I saw it, it said reset error code and was ready to run. Not happy with that answer since I had done that before and the error came back. Called to get more information and was not happy with the answer. Was told I had to talk to the manager. When transferred to his phone I had to leave a message which I did. No answer back. Called the next day
same results. Now still waiting for a call back. Maybe a great company but service follow up not the greatest so far.

Received notice that technician was on the way. He arrived as scheduled and was friendly and polite. I’m pleased to have the comfort of knowing the unit is being checked and fulfilling the requirements of the warranty as well.

Trent came to replace a mercury vapor with an LED outdoor light. He was right on time and had everything changed and working within less than 30 minutes. He was very polite and answered all questions I had. Will definitely have Adams for any other electrical work I need done.

The service techs showed up for the scheduled appointment on my whole house generator which has not been on line since December of 24 due to a house fire. Adams Electric did the install 1.5 years ago. We discussed what needed to be done. The technicians did the maintenance and installed a new battery. Both technicians were very polite and new their jobs. I highly recommend Adam's Electric.

Todd was professional, personable and so fast in swapping out my water heater, no attempt to upsell, quote me other services, just a fast affordable but most importantly a professional job. Will recommend Adams out of Morris to everyone.

Every part of the process with Adams was a breeze! Scheduling an estimate was simple, and the estimate itself came back quickly. The work we needed (yard trenched for pool filter/pump/heater) was scheduled right away. Mike and Ryan showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were as pleasant as can be. Their professionalism stood out—so much so that they even turned down a tip. Truly an A+ experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Adams Electric customer service is talking with a live person! The representatives are friendly and professional! Trent is a pleasure to do business with and we trust his judgement. The work is done well and there is no surprise with the bill when the job is finished. We will definitely be using Adams Electric for future projects!

The management of this company does not care about their customer! I have left messages four different times to speak to a manager in regards to the failure Of them monitoring my Generator. I have not received a call back from them.

My generator failed. It’s maintenance run and I contacted the 24 hour answering service. Unless I agreed to a $250 charge, the service would not have a technician to call me to tell me whether or not the issue was related to cold weather. I left a message for the office to call me.
I did not receive a return phone call so I called again called again on Tuesday. I left messages asking for a manager to call me again on Wednesday.

I regret having Adams do my annual service is signing up with them for monitoring my Generator. I pay a month monthly fee for nothing.

They’re great for taking your money, but not for the service when you need them.

It's hard to come by people with integrity, quality work, and dedication to their craft, but this describes our experience to a "T". From residential electrical service installation, and now working on a few commercial buildings with electrical and plumbing, Adams has been a company we can trust, and that's saying something. Trent is an excellent foreman when it comes to the electrical division, and Todd is as well when it comes to plumbing.

Generac generator quit working. April the service tech came out and diagnosed the problem. She had it up and running in no time. Very pleased with her quick repair. She was very professional.

Adams does a great job making sure that my Generac generator is ready for that power outage. My annual inspection, and maintenance are performed correctly. My generator is now 6-7 years old and hasn't missed a beat. Thanks Adams!

Professional crew. I only wish the scheduling was more specific. Was given an appointment range of an entire week, and on the day of service was provided only 20min notice that the technician was in transit. A text the day prior woukd have confirmed my ability to be home at the time of service which, unfortunately, I wasn’t.

This place won’t sell parts to you. I would have never used Adam’s for an install had I know you can’t get parts from them! Luckily I found Lee Leger right down the road with parts in stock and happy to sell them to a regular old consumer.

Staff worked with care to do the yearly maintenance and also cleared away snow for me. Love having my Generic whole house generator. Especially appreciate peace of mind for family member on oxygen 24/7

They initially installed our generator & have maintained the past several years. We have had one issue and they were here immediately to address the issue. Their technicians are friendly & knowledgeable. Their office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & good listeners.

I was able to set up a convenient time to meet with Mike from Adams electric that was not months away. I had several electrical issues and Mike got right to work and fixed them one after another. Everything works fine now and I couldn’t be happier! Great company and a very professional electrician.

I am less than impressed at the level of service I am receiving. The tech that was sent to repair my one month old generator was not well trained on this new model generator. The tech had no repair parts to
make proper repairs. I have not received any update on the availability of the repair parts or when the tech will return for completed repairs.
