I could not be happier with our new patio from Platinum. I had quotes from 5 different companies, but no one else provided the level of detail and responsiveness that Joe provided. He provided a quote with renderings within 24 hours of seeing our yard. The level of quality also exceeded that of the other companies. Only Platinum provided such a thick, multi-tiered base to make the patio as stable as a commercial project.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Platinums team finished the entire project in 3 days despite it being the hottest week of the year. Will definitely be utilizing them for future projects and have already been recommending them.

Platinum Patio was an absolute AMAZING company to work with from start to finish. Kaylee (Sales) was informative and courteous right from the beginning and made me feel taken care of. Once I decided to commit to the project, Scott (owner) took over and guided me through the process from start to finish, including calling and texting me about status updates as well as answered questions that I had during the project. Communication couldn't have been better! Finally, Saul and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job on the execution of the patio. They were very courteous, respectful of my property, and did a great job cleaning up after everything was all done. I couldn't be any happier with the outcome of the project and I highly recommend Platinum to anyone interested in a high quality paver patio!

We had a unique section of our yard where it was hard to grow grass next to our deck. Met with Jeff (sales) who did a fantastic job helping us design the look of our new patio for the area. He was very helpful answering questions and even provided a lot of insights to question related to our deck. After finalizing plans, Scott (owner) was great with keeping us updated on status of project. The crew (led by Reuben) was fantastic. Showed up early each day, got the project done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves which was greatly appreciated. All around great experience and would highly recommend.

This is a little overdue but I would definitely recommend Platinum Patio to anybody looking for a great patio or backyard update. Scott was very easy to work with and the plan that was drawn up came out beautifully. Saul and his crew were some of the most hard working individuals, respectful, and professional. They put in long hours to get our patio completed so we could enjoy it all summer long. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of work and ease of communication with Scott and Saul. Thank you guys again for transforming our backyard to something we can enjoy all year long. And a tip to anyone hiring this company, a cooler of Gatorade and water is much appreciated by the crew. :)

Saul & his crew did a fantastic job on the building of our paver patios. Would could not be happier with the finished project it absolutely completes our yard. We had a very low sinking yard & Saul & crew built it up & after the heavy rains recently the water finally ran down my yard. They installed French drains, love not having ugly gutter jetting out into the yard. Saul cut out a piece of concrete that had my now adult daughter's hand & foot print from when she was 2 yrs old a beautiful memory piece for the garden. I would send my daughter pictures of the progress & she would ask if there was 20 guys working & I said only 6 working like 20 guys. Their work is beautiful & detailed. Had small minor things to fix & they were on it immediately. So glad I choose Platinum Decking for this job.

We had a great experience with Platinum Patio and Pavers company. Starting with Joe who came over and took time see our vision. The crew was always here early and stayed late to see the project through completion. The crew were easy and fun to talk to and always willing to explain the work they were doing. They asked questions for my input when needed so I also felt involved with the project. It was amazing to watch the transformation of the yard into a wonderful addition to our home.

We had a large patio installed replacing an old ground level deck. From proposal to project completion the Platinum team was extremely professional, proactive in their communication, and produced a great patio which we will be able to use for many years. Among the standouts were Bronz, Jeremy, and Scott, but Saul and his crew were the real rockstars. From demolition to completion of our patio in two days! Way exceeded expectations and would highly recommend.

We used Platinum for re-doing our back patio. Joe and Scott were very easy to work with. There were no delays with the timing of our project. We had a few modifications to our project, which we were able to easily communicate and address with them. Saul and the crew working on the project were incredible. So quick and focused. They were in and out in less than a week. Highly recommend Platinum.

Platinum Patio and Pavers completed the project in a timely manner,. The work they did was high quality and on the more expensive side but worth it. They communicated throughout the project and were able to accommodate an added change I made to the patio project by adding a hand railing. I would definitely use their services again.
