Constraction reviews in Naperville, Illinois

Jose's crew with Platinum Patio did a great job! I highly recommend them. The new patio looks terrific. They offered very good recommendations on colors. It adds immediate value to our home and we look forward to using it for many years!

Platinum Patio & Pavers did an absolutely wonderful job of taking out my old driveway and front walkway and replacing it with brand new Brussels Block Pavers. Saul's team was fast, friendly, efficient and patient with my many questions during the job. The owner of the company, Scott Ackmann, came by daily to check on the job and lived up to his promise of quality workmanship and my wife and I love the finished product!

Platinum Pavers was a great experience, they built a new porch, paver sidewalk, and back stone stairs for my daughter’s house. Joe L. was a great salesperson to work with, very consultative and responsive. You could tell he had a lot of experience under his belt and he guided us through a fantastic buying process.

Saul’s crew worked quickly and efficiently and finished our project much earlier than expected. The quality of the patio and the work they did is beyond what I expected. Despite a few issues with the cutting of our internet cord and a/c cord, I would still give the crew 5 stars.

When the project was finished, I wasn’t completely happy with how high up it was off the ground. It was a drop, not a step down into the yard like what was discussed. I wish I had indicated in the contract how far down the step would be. At the steepest point down, it was 16 inches. A very dangerous “step” for young ones and elderly ones. While we did have to pay for some of the cost to bring in more topsoil and grass seed, the job was still completed in a timely manner. Since this was the first "big" project we completed in our house, I wish I knew all the questions that should have been asked prior.

There were some communications issues on both ends during this project. However, Scott does take pride in his work and really wanted to make things right. He called to make sure everyone left on good note. I appreciated that call. Overall, I give 4 stars for this project and would recommend Platinum Patios to anyone looking for hard-working and staunch individuals.

Platinum Patio & Pavers was absolutely fantastic to work with! I surveyed about 4 business for bids and their team was the most responsive, professional, and expedient as possible.

On the day of install, the team was remarkably fast! The foreman (Saul) and his team were kind, clear about what work would be done, informative about what would be happening, and remarkable effective. We had a 30+ year old deck they were able to demolish in about 2 hours and install a brand new patio within about 4 days. I’m wowed by the quality and efficiency they provided.

They have not just installed a patio… they gave us back a backyard that we can have celebrations, picnics, and a fun place to allow out kid to grow.

If you want reclaim you backyard, Platinum patio & Pavers team will be there to help you through your project!

Platinum Patio transformed my backyard into an oasis for my family. They shared their insight and expertise to help me create the concept that I wanted and then used their incredible skill to make it happen.

Helpful and responsive were the two key words in planning.

Efficient and talented were the two key words for the actual building.

Always professional. Great work team.

Saul and his team were quick, accurate and helped me understand what they were doing and how. Great experience. Patio looks great and we have much better usable space in our smaller backyard as a result. They even helped me with an unexpected retaining wall I needed to build for a dog run in the same day.

Joe our sales guy was thorough and did a nice job explaining the process and managing expectations. Jemery Project Manager did a nice job coordinating the work. Ruben and his crew worked hard and were careful. Patio is well built and looks terrific. A. few minor quibbles but that is to be expected with a big project. Enhances the look of our home for sure.

Excellent work by Jerry and Jose's team. They worked fast and efficient, no complaints. And the design team helped us make sure we got the patio we wanted for our needs

We had a really good experience with Platinum Patio. Joe was very responsive and helped walk us through the design process. Jeremy and Scott answered all our questions and were very accessible throughout the installation process. Jose and crew did a great job and were happy with our new patio and front walkway.

We cannot say enough good about Platinum Patio! Joe
and Scott were the ultimate in professional - in explaining the process and handling all of the details from start to finish. Saul and crew’s work is beautiful - they completely transformed our patio into a space we can use and enjoy for many years to come. Highly recommend, and many thanks to all of you!

Last year we decided to tear down our old deck and build a patio. After talking to three local companies, we decided to move forward with Platinum patio and booked our project in early spring. Everyone we worked with is amazing! Kaylee helped us worked out the initial plan and picked out the pavers. She was very responsive and patient with our questions. Scott was super helpful and gave good advice on the design to best fit our budget and needs.

The project was kicked off early spring this year. There was something unexpected after the deck was removed, but Scott came up with solutions quickly and presented options to us. Saul’s crew did a great job! The team was professional and efficient. We’re so happy that the process was smooth and our patio looks beautiful!! The walkway from the front is such a great addition! It makes using the wheelbarrow so much easier (I did a lot of yard work, moved a ton of mulch and soil. I can’t imagine doing all these on our old muddy bumpy path).

💯

Very positive experience working with Platinum Patio and Pavers. I highly recommend them. Great value, great team. Outstanding customer service! Special thanks to Scott and Saul’s crew who were dedicated in making my dream a reality!

Platinum Patio really proved that reputation matters. We had ideas in mind (some fairly ambitious), but knowing little of the reality of the scope for these ideas, we needed informed guidance first and foremost. This is where we decided to trust the reviews that put Platinum to the top of our "best decks in area" Google search. Between this and the accolades on their website, they were as good a place to start as any. We could not be happier. Throughout the entire process, Adam and Scott were very supportive in providing the information and feedback we needed to evolve our design ideas from deck to patio and into its final state. Of course, the proof is in the pudding, and Saul and his crew were equally exemplary in service. They were very professional, courteous and focused. Afterwards, we were told ours was one of the most unique and challenging they’ve had all year, but you would not have known it from how seemingly effortlessly the crew brought the design to life. They clearly take pride in their craft and work ethic, and it shows in the final result.

We recently had Platinum Patio and Pavers install a paver patio at our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. Scott was great to work with from the start. He is very knowledgeable and was always responsive when we had any questions. The crew he has working for him, which is managed by Saul, did a great job. They had the entire project complete in a little over 2 days. The day they came to start the job Saul noticed a potential issue with the design of the patio due to the grade of the yard. He offered alternative solutions and worked with us (and Scott) to make sure that we understood the how the different options would look and that we would be satisfied, which we were.

It was a pleasure working with the folks at Platinum Patio. Great communication, very fair pricing, and our patio looks stunning. Would gladly hire them again! Big shoutout to Joe who helped us along the journey and the crew who worked their tails off building such an awesome space.

Platinum is an fantastic company to work with. Scott was our point person and he was informative, knowledgeable and responsive.
He explained the whole building process and what to expect.
Saul and his crew were top notch. Extremely professional and cleaned up everyday after they were done which my neighbors appreciated. The crew was courteous and their quality of work was exceptional.
Platinum is a true company and does. Pt broker the job to other crews.
I would recommend without reservations.

Our patio and stairs project with Platinum Patios was an enjoyable experience. Their professionalism and great ideas are reflected in the final product. I highly recommend Platinum Patio and especially Saul’s crew for any project, large or small. Their commitment to quality and customer service exceeded our expectation - something uncommon in today’s climate.

Hired Platinum to put in a new patio in our backyard and we couldn't be happier with the results. Joe, Jeremy, and Ruben and crew were fantastic from start to finish. From design to final touchup, everything was done proper and in a timely manner. Highly recommand!

Joe was great and so was Platinum Patio Pavers. We had to go back and forth a few different times due to our easement. He was knowledgeable and did a great job working with our budget and what we were looking for. The team that came out was professional and did the work quickly! They turned our backyard from a blank slate to a space we can enjoy daily. (We added the gazebo after).

The most amazing experience working with the entire team. We are so blown away by the quality and the efficiency of the team. Wouldn’t choose anyone else to do anything related to patio/decking. Jeremy was awesome to work with from start to finish and kept us well informed and communicated everything to make it an effortless process.
