Outstanding workmanship - most importantly they were very respectful of our property - old roofing and nails were picked up and plants and shrubs were never touched. Quality work and good people to work with. If you need roofing and / or siding I would highly recommend HI-5 Roofing.

HI-5 Roofing came out to my house and gave me a estimate. I called them back went over concerns and added some up grades to the project and it turned out very nice. Their crew of installers came out they were very polite and respectful. They put up the new roof super fast. When it was all done they went around the house cleaned up all the mess and walked around with a magnet to get all the nails up. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

We had a great experience working with Hi-5. Met with Nick who showed up on time for the estimate and was very personable. The work was scheduled pretty quickly and was completed within two weeks. There were a few small things that needed to be corrected after the initial install and they were all taken care of. Luis was also very responsive and made sure all of my needs were met. I recommend HI-5 for their professionalism, value, and quality of work.

Luis the owner and I spoke on a regular basis during the entire time the work was being done. He was able to answer any questions, and address my concerns with sincerity based on his past experiences. His staff did a great job of working with me and through my insurance company submitting supplmental information, and scheduling the work. Their work is outstanding. I feel like I bought a new home. I had gutters replaced, a new roof, and siding on the damaged areas (40%) of my home. I am extremely happy with the process and end product. It was very hard to fine the exact color match of my vinyl siding. Hi-5 Roofing Professional Experience was critical in being able to find an exact match. I would give my highest recommendation for hiring Hi-5 Roofing. This is a very trustworthy company!

Willie the ops manager stayed in close contact with his crew and with us. The price was very competitive and the warranty was unmatched by others.

HI-5 came out and did a partial roof installation, was able to match the color perfect! From the estimate to the installation everything went smoothly. The partial install took less than a day, however, you can see the quality and care this company puts into their work. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up, you would have never known there was a roof install done. The price was more than fair, will recommend to everyone I know!

HI-5 Roofing did an excellent job with the 1st phase of our full roof tear off. The entire crew was on-time and worked effiecently to finish up by lunch time. Clean-up was great and the new shingle color was an exact match to the exisiting. Also, the project price was more than fair and included an exceptional warranty not offered by other surrounding companies. We are looking forward to making the call again to HI-5 to complete the 2nd phase in 2022!

Outside of the 2 buckets of nails I had to collect around my property (bad cleanup) I will post some fascia work they 'did'.
They put up a MISCUT board, and instead of replacing the board he tried to patch it. On a new fascia install... after I pointed that out they finally had somebody who could cut and fixed it. No home owner needs the hassle of a person who thinks that first cut is acceptable. I also noticed nails that were anchored to nothing, just shot right through the fascia with no connection point. I wouldn't hire again personally, and have had an entirely new fascia installed a few years after this was put up.

We had a garage fire that caused smoke damage to our entire house and all of our belongings. I can truly say that, while 36-weeks pregnant, I wish our entire house with everything we owned burned to the ground rather than have had to deal with Servpro of Naperville. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Do yourself a favor and go with literally anyone else.

Our sump pump stopped working and flooded our entire basement. Called Servpro and they responded quickly to clean up the water damage. I used Servpro after my basement flooded in December of 2023. The technicians were great and did a wonderful job. I am writing this review, though, on Jodi, who handles the office. SHE IS AMAZING!! She went above and beyond with her customer service and I am so thankful for her attention to detail, kindness and fabulous personality. Jodi, you are a gem!

We had a flood in our basement and as you can imagine, was very overwhelming and I didn't even know where to get started for this type of project. I called Servpro of Naperville and within 1 day, they had sent out Claudia who took time to help explain EVERYTHING in great detail, what to expect, how to proceed, what work is needed, etc. I cannot say enough kind words about Claudia and how professional and kind she was. She put me at ease and made me feel super supported and was there to partner in the next steps (especially when it came to insurance and quotes for the project). Servpro did the restoration of a leak coming from our toilet. First - It took them WAY too long to do the restoration (coming from someone who has replaced flooring) - they had two people working at our house as well as a project manager working on probably 700 square feet, and it took them over a week. We live on a slab, so when they replaced the flooring, they took the easy way out and just put the click and lock flooring directly on the concrete. Because the concrete was not perfectly level and they also didn’t put down underlayment, the flooring would not sit down properly. As soon as they said they were finished, I called them to say it wouldn’t lay properly and I could feel it with every step, they came back and said they took care of it (which basically meant that they said that’s just the way it is). Now, 2 years later, the flooring is breaking apart in multiple places and the only way to fix that is by taking up all the flooring, replacing the broken pieces, and putting it all back down. I’ve called multiple times, and they haven’t called back, of course. They charged our insurance $14,000 to do a crappy job, and our insurance dropped us not long after. Seriously - find someone else. They don’t seem to be interested in doing a good job, just getting paid.

My parents, 85 and 90 years old, had a house fire a few years ago. Servpro came out to assess and clean what could be salvaged. Unfortunately my parents did not keep pictures and records of all their belongings. Servpro took many items, even items my mother specifically requested they not take or 'destroy'. We have asked many times about certain items and received no answers. Sentimental items, their cat's ashes, items in boxes in the basement that should not have been affected at all..... It's a shame. There will never be any resolution even though we have begged for help. I would never use this service.

The best carpet company… Service, price and install time is just incredible. Had their carpet installed in my house and now at my moms.

10/10 highly recommend using this company! They were amazing and the work was done with care and precision. The carpet came out better than we expected, couldn't be happier!
