My wife and I had Kitchen Master in Naperville remodel our entire kitchen. There wasn't a thing in the kitchen that wasn't replaced, and thankfully it was done with both care and precision at the experts of Kitchen Master. Our designer Stacy did a great job working with us to get the design we wanted, along with providing a fantastic 3D preview via an AutoCAD-type program. The project manager Tom kept everything on schedule and even was able to start the remodel six weeks earlier than projected. They got us connected with Ferguson Appliances to get all new appliances via LG which work great. Overall we are EXTREMELY happy with the design, and they will continue to provide support with a great five-year warranty. Thank you Kitchen Master!!

Our recent bath remodel with Kitchen Master was superb. This is the second bath remodel they have done for us. KM has developed a process that addressed all of our project details upfront: excellent communications, preliminary layouts, detailed design drawings, and a wide selection of options. The implementation of those details was completed on schedule by skilled craftsmen and project supervision. We couldn't be more pleased!

My husband and I did a kitchen cabinet refacing project with The Kitchen Master and had a fantastic experience. We were guided through the process every step of the way. Everyone on the team was extremely professional. The work was completed on schedule by individuals that are very skilled at their craft. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result!!! Adding a review for a second project (bathroom remodels) that The Kitchen Master did for us. The review for the first project (kitchen remodel) is below.

In 2023, The Kitchen Master remodeled our kitchen. We were so pleased with the results and with the entire process that there was no question about who we would call when we decided to remodel two of our bathrooms. KM remodeled both bathrooms, and the results were wonderful.

KM gives you a work schedule at the start of the project. The schedule shows the work that will be done for every date for the duration of the project. This provides additional comfort that the work has been carefully planned out in advance and that the various subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.) have been scheduled and will show up when they’re supposed to.

Our designer, Sarah, was knowledgeable, creative, and thorough. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The two Kitchen Master tradesmen, Damon and Anthony, who did the demo, inspection prep work, finish carpentry, etc. did first-rate work. The project manager, Tom, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. He was always responsive to any questions and concerns that we had along the way. I simply can’t say enough about the professionalism of everyone that we worked with from The Kitchen Master.

Kitchen Remodel
The Kitchen Master did a ‘down to the studs’ remodel of our kitchen, and we are extremely pleased with the results. These guys are absolute pros, who efficiently and expertly handled every phase of the project from the design of the new kitchen to the installation of the appliances.
The designer on our project was Jennifer, who worked iteratively with us to come up with 3 design proposals. Any of the 3 would’ve been great, and we couldn’t be happier with the one that we ultimately chose. Our kitchen went from being a dim, cramped, barely functional space to being bright and open with plenty of room for multiple people to work simultaneously on different tasks.
The demo, framing, and inspection prep work was done by Ray, who clearly knows construction and was a good problem-solver (and minor problems are inevitable once the walls and floors are opened up).
One the back end, Josh did our cabinet and appliance install. His work was meticulous. He and Ray both did a thorough clean-up at the end of each workday.
KM, of course, had to bring in a variety of trades for this job - plumbing, electrical, drywall, floor, and tile. All of the work was done well. Tom, the project manager, gave us a day-by-day schedule of work before the project started and he made sure that everything stayed on schedule. He kept us well-informed every step of the way.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this firm again for any remodeling work that we may do.

The Kitchen Master remodeled our master bathroom in a vintage home. There were lots of challenges in the small space and we had a long wish list. Adam listened to all of our needs and concerns with great patience and expertise. The project was completed on time with a very clean and professional crew. We highly recommend The Kitchen Master and plan on using them for future projects.

We used the Kitchen Master to remodel our Kitchen 30+ years ago. New cabinets, counter tops, flooring, lighting, and walls. It has stood the wear of time and we never had a problem with any of their work.
So when it was time to redo the Master bathroom we hired them once again.
The Master bathroom was totally gutted and the finished product is beautiful. It was a pleasure working with our installer (Josh) and the project manager (Tom). That was seven years ago. We had a tile that appeared to be loosening a few weeks ago. I called and talked to the owner and he immediately sent Tom to see what was happening. It was a simple fix that they took care of even though we were out of warranty.

I felt compelled to leave a honest review after 18 months of our kitchen remodel….

The good. Stacy and Tom are great with organization, communication and design. They provide high end finishes, think through the little things during the design phase and really launch a great plan. The workers that ARE EMPLOYED by the Kitchen Master are great, respectful, on time and work as cleanly as possible every day. They did a great job in letting us know who will be at our home everyday.

The not so good. We had issues with the electricians professionalism and how they conducted themselves at our home. Which I could totally tolerate if they did good work. In the subsequent 18 months since our remodel can lights have fallen out of our ceiling, and the new “panel” I was to receive at a great expense for my kitchen project trips daily when running our Keurig. Now the sink piping is leaking as well. This is forcing me to have to repay for “infrastructure” work that I already paid for as part of my remodel. Again they sub contract this work and I should’ve known better.

If I had to do it again I would have taken more ownership in finding plumbing and electrical vendors separately that I felt comfortable with and used Kitchen Master just for the finishes and design as now I am forced to repay for electrical and plumbing work 18 months after our remodel was finished.

From our very first meeting with Tracy, our designer, to our last day with Tom, our project manager, we had an excellent experience with The Kitchen Master and would highly recommend them.
Tracy pulled together design layout, materials, specific patterns/colors to create exactly what we were looking for. A budget was presented and she worked with us, understanding our need to stick to it with no “surprises.” The showroom had plenty of samples to consider as well as a computerized representation of our final design. Needless improvements and unnecessary upgrades never came up.
Tom assembled a top-notch skilled team of artisans who love their craft; Anthony, Damon, Oscar, Mike, Jose, Audel, electricians and plumbers and many others. They were considerate of our home and respected the fact that we had to live there during the project. We were pleased with the way they cleaned up daily.
The Kitchen Master’s use of the Buildertrend app afforded us a daily calendar of the work to be done and who would be at our home as well as a summary and photos of work completed on any specific day. Communication with Tom and Tracy was excellent, having our questions and concerns dealt with promptly through email and phone. Explanations of process and inspections was thorough.
This is the 5th home we’ve owned and the investment was worth it because we went with the A Team -- The Kitchen Master!

We bought an older home last year with a kitchen straight out of the 60s. We hired The Kitchen Master to fully remodel our kitchen, tearing down a wall, replacing the floor, and installing all new applieances. Our first meeting was in November, the project kicked off in February and completed in April.

The entire process was fairly well communicated, and any time we had questions the team was extremely responsive. The project timeline was thought-out and planned well, and we only experienced some very minor hiccups (like missing one piece of trim that came a week or two later). The workers were all prompt, respectful, and did quality work.

We are thrilled with the end result. Our kitchen is beautiful and so much more functional. If you are looking to hire someone to help plan your entire remodeling project, I completely recommend The Kitchen Master.

Honestly, this experience has been the best we've ever had. We've never worked with a company that was more organized, professional, thorough, honest, and delivered the highest quality results. Designer Sarah was wonderful to work with and gave us so many great suggestions. She understood our budget concerns and worked with us to find just the right balance. Tom managed the project to perfection and didn't miss any details. The communication using their web portal made it so easy to see the schedule, daily results, and correspond with email. Even when the city permits hit a snag that delayed the project over a week, they made up the time and finished on schedule. Always prompt responses to questions/concerns and addressing corrections. The demo team (Ricardo and Audell) cleared our kitchen very fast and cleaned up the work area. Damon is a fantastic carpenter and did flawless work with our cabinets, framing, finishing, and anything else we asked. All of the subcontracted teams (electrical/drywall/plumbing/painting/flooring/etc.) did fantastic work. Our entire ground floor is transformed and we couldn't be happier. Tom, Sarah, Ted, and the whole team at The Kitchen Master were great to work with. From a design perspective, they were able to bring the idea in that was in our head onto paper and developed great drawings and renderings to help us visualize it. We were given extensive options and price points on the countertops and cabinet lines for our new kitchen island. Once construction started, the team at our house were the consummate professionals, ensuring that they kept the rest of the house as clean as it could be during demolition and remodeling job. They stayed on schedule perfectly the entire time and even ended up finishing ahead of schedule for us. The end product looks incredible, and we are very happy with it. Through the entire process, The Kitchen Master was professional, communicative, easy to work with, and kind. The highest praise I can offer is that we will certainly be hiring them again for future remodeling jobs and hold them in high regard.

From planning to completion we were fully supported and guided to the perfect kitchen. The app with interactive calendar helped all monitor progress and keep the project on the timeline.

If I could, I would give this company 10 stars! I LOVE working with these people! Every single person, from start to finish, has a specific job and does it to perfection.

My experience with this company began on Labor Day of 2019 with a simple phone call being placed to them after seeing an ad in a local magazine. Within an hour of that phone call on Labor Day, we were contacted by one of their designers, Adam Hartig, who scheduled an appointment to visit our home for THAT AFTERNOON! That was the very beginning of a wonderful working relationship that continues to this day.

Our first project was a complete kitchen remodel with work commencing on Christmas Eve of 2019. A work calendar had been created for us so we knew what was happening at all times and who we could expect to be working while my husband and I traveled extensively throughout the project.

Anthony did all of the carpentry work and basically rebuilt our kitchen from top to bottom. Mike's specialty was tile. He's also a perfectionist. Much to my surprise, that whole project finished a week ahead of schedule and to our complete satisfaction.

Next up was another complete remodel of our master bath and an upgrade of our powder room, those occurring during the summer of 2020. Joseph Kiselyk (now co-owner) was our designer and a delight to work with. Again, all aspects of the project went very smoothly from start to finish, even though we were right in the middle of Covid.

During that project I learned there isn't a problem for which they didn't find a solution. A window needed to be moved which then required a search for matching siding that was at least 8-10 years old. Nobody blinked. Challenge accepted.

Also, at one point Tom Myers, my project manager (now co-owner), didn't like the looks of some specific trim that was being used around some of the tile work. He instructed his workers to remove it and then found something that worked better. Tom knew there was something out there that would look better, and he was right!

My last (and most recent) remodel finished last week, this being a "refresh" of the family room. The transformation is incredible! Another shout-out to Mike for the exceptional stone work for the fireplace! As before, everyone showed the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism throughout this entire room update. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I've been in contact with Tom over the years, asking for referrals for various other aspects of home ownership, things such as fence repair, issues with our deck, to name a few. Tom always comes through with great advice.

Our experience with the Kitchen Master has been fantastic. We had them rework our master bathroom. We couldn't be more happy with the results and the five year warranty is something you just don't find anywhere else.

Several years ago, our house caught fire by a lightning strike and to make a long story short, the builder hired to rebuild it came up short on the quality and workmanship side of things. My wife and I were not happy with the results they left us with, so we hired a different company to come in and "fix" the bath. I won't name them, but they were even worse than the builders we originally had. So at this point we had an unusable master bath that was worked on twice and cost us thousands of dollars.

We found the Kitchen Master and liked what we saw on their web page so we contacted them to help us with our hopeless master bath once and for all. From our first meeting with our designer, Anna, everything just went unbelievably smoothly. She guided us through all of our selection choices and helped us to pick out the items we were on the fence about, right in their showroom.

The actual demolition and re-construction work was completed by Josh. We've dealt with quite a few contractors over the years and unfortunately, most of them we were not happy with but Josh was terrific. A professional through and through, he had the knowledge to get the work done quickly and at a high level of quality. Everything that was done, all the tile work, the custom glass shower and the installation of our new vanity counter looks absolutely amazing. His attention to detail was remarkable and the work he did to get things done right, did not go unnoticed by us. Tom our project manager, always kept us up to date with scheduling the work, and was in constant contact with us to let us know what would happen with the job at any given time. He was a great point of contact and never failed to answer our questions and return our calls or emails. We always knew what was happening with our remodel and never felt out of the loop in any way.

Everyone we worked with at the Kitchen Master treated us with respect and put us at ease with their knowledge and level of professionalism. From the start we felt like we were in good hands. If and when we decide to remodel another bathroom, we will not hesitate to call on them. It's nice to finally feel like we've found a high quality team to work with that we can trust. The project: complete kitchen remodel (down to the studs and subfloor), new flooring on entire first floor, upgrade electrical panel. It's a smaller kitchen and they put every inch to functional use.

They give you the entire project schedule ahead of time. Start date, end date, and what will happen on every single day in between. And it was true! Well, except the floors. Those were finished ahead of schedule.
