Kitchen Master is the hidden gem of the western suburbs. I’ve never seen an advertisement for them and only learned about them through recommendations from friends. We had an awesome experience from start to finish. We hired them to update our kitchen, powder room, office, laundry area and install new floors and update the staircase. Joseph, our designer, spoke to us in length about what we wanted and problems we wanted to solve. He came up with fantastic ideas to enhance each of those spaces. The project manager was extremely efficient and the project started and ended on time. All the tradesmen who worked in the house were polite and did exceptional work. When they left at the end of each day things were left clean and tidy. The first floor of our home is gorgeous and everyone who visits is blown away by the transformation. Kitchen Master uses high quality materials and the workmanship is exceptional.

We initially hired Kitchen Masters to remodel our kitchen and master bath, and their work was so exceptional that I decided to have them remodel the rest of my house as well. Stacy, the designer, was absolutely fabulous. She truly listened to our ideas and helped us bring our vision to life, creating a home that perfectly reflects who we are. Stacy‘s designs are beautiful. I never knew I could be so in love with my home.

The entire process was made incredibly easy, thanks to their friendly and professional team. Every member of the team, from the tradespeople to Tom the project manager, took their time and worked meticulously to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail was unparalleled, and they made sure that every aspect of the remodel was built to last. The quality of the work speaks for itself.

The team was very respectful of our house and our time. They were great at communicating what was happening when. Every day they made sure to clean up before they left.

We couldn't be happier with the results. Not only is our home beautiful, but the project was completed on time and within budget. I wholeheartedly recommend Kitchen Masters.

We've used KM for our kitchen and our master bathroom, very positive experiences with the team on both jobs. Sarah came up with a great design that was creative and allowed us to save $$. Tom kept us well informed of the schedules and we never felt like we were forgotten/de-prioritized. Michael P was the carpenter in our house for 2 months (including holidays) and he made everything very easy on us. Highly recommend.

We hired The Kitchen Master to remodel our kitchen. We were not home for any of the process-which was amazing! They were super easy to work with during the design phase, listening to our goals and coming up with a design and plan that suited everything we were looking for. Choosing the components, cabinets, appliances, hardware, faucets was a breeze with their huge showroom and offerings.

Starting on Day 1, they took pictures EVERY SINGLE DAY and posted them to our personal website for us to view. They summarized what had been done that day and started what was going to be done the next day. They locked up when they were finished and turned on our alarm. If necessary, they noted any issues that they encountered and offered suggestions.
This continued through all phases of the project as we watched our kitchen be transformed every day through the pictures that were posted. To top it all off-they completed the project a week early! Unheard of in the industry!

I would highly recommend The Kitchen Master for any kitchen or bath remodel-their system makes it easy on the homeowner, especially if you don't want to live through the mess and hassle.

The Kitchen Master just completed remodeling our kitchen, and we are absolutely thrilled with the design, quality, and just how darn smooth they made the process. Tracy Berman was our designer, and she created a thoughtful design that was really tailored for how we want (and need) to use the kitchen. Tracy’s design is so great – functional, timeless, but with some pizzazz and fun design elements that make it unique and OURS. Having Tracy provide suggestions and options to choose from as starting points made the process so much easier than going to the store and picking out everything from scratch. Tracy totally understood our style, stuck to our budget, and we never felt pressured into anything.

On the build side, The Kitchen Master does everything and makes sure that their subcontractors tour the house before the design is finalized to make sure the pricing is accurate and any potential issues or surprises are discussed up front. Tom Myers ran the show and he was very patient with all of our questions and always made me feel like he had our back when there were any hiccups along the way. Michael Peshia was the guy that was there almost every day ripping things apart and putting things back together again. Michael did amazing work, taking great care and patience with our wonky ceilings, and has amazing attention to detail. It was great to have a single point of contact throughout the demo through the final build.

You hear so many horror stories about people’s remodeling experience and I can say we had none of that thanks to Kitchen Master. Even with some hiccups along the way, everything was done on time, on budget, and with no real stress on us as the owners. If we ever need any additional work done on our house, we will definitely use The Kitchen Master again!

I will start this by saying the work they did was okay. Paint already needs to be redone looks awful. They are not punctual. Terrible communication skills. They would say they were coming but wouldn’t show. The owner does not check the work. For the price I paid and the finished product I got I would not recommend.

This business was recommended to me by my son who noted all of the good reviews. My first impression of Diego (the President) and his company was favorable. He showed up, listened to the issues, made sketches and took measurements, and promised an estimate in a few days.
Ten days later I called him and he told me he had sent me a proposal - which was never received. He then promised a second proposal to be followed up with a phone call when he sent it. Neither the proposal or the phone call ever happened.
Most professionals would have had the courtesy to tell a client that they didn't want the job or couldn't handle the job. But leaving them hanging when they really need the work done was pretty lame. I gave him the courtesy of not looking at any other contractors while waiting for him and it has now cost me three weeks time.

Grizzly Renovations have come through for us 2 times. Both times I was left high n dry by 2 different contractors on 2 separate occasions. I contacted Diego at Grizzly Renovations and he was spot on with estimate and completion dates. They work with a purpose and clean up at the end of the day. They start early and finish late. A few times he worked on Sunday ( which is family day) just to finish what needed to be finished. I would give Grizzly Renovations 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Diego, Francisco and the entire team were just amazing,. They were professional, responsive, friendly, honest and the work is top notch. They finished our entire basement is less than 8 weeks (2bedrooms, 1 full bath and an entertainment area). My wife and I will definitely call Diego and team if we need anything else done and we highly recommend Diego’s team for your next project.
