Ted and his team at Tritan Services are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and competitively priced. They have assisted us in emergency plumbing situations and helped with the entire process from repair to total clean up. We’ve also used them for a wide variety of household projects, upkeep and planned repairs and have been extremely satisfied. Their work is exceptional all around and Ted, the owner is great to work with. Highly recommend!

Called Tritan based on the other reviews, was not disappointed! Came out same day, walked me through everything- even called the appliance tech support to confirm his assumptions and save us time on back and forth! I was exceptionally impressed with his knowledge, speed of service, and what really put it over the top for me was when he stayed to ensure everything was working correctly and how I wanted it. Head and shoulders above the work done by previous companies- they take pride in their work and it shows.

Ted and his assistant did what others could not do. Installing three recessed lights in a 16ft ceiling and dealing with conduit and joists in the way was not an issue they could not tackle. I give my highest recommendation to Ted and his crew!

Ted was quick and also fair with his pricing. He took the time to explain how things worked. He was also able to refer me to other tradesmen for other types of work I needed and they took good care of me. This saved me a lot of time sifting through advertisements hoping to find someone honest.

I received multiple crazy estimates from others in his field. There are a lot of tradesmen swinging for the fences with their estimates, so it is refreshing to deal with someone who wants to make a living off of repeats and referrals. This is what a true professional looks like.

I called Tritan Services at roughly 7pm on a Tuesday and Ted came out and was able to restore power to my home ASAP! He followed up the next day and installed a whole new breaker box within a few hours! He made everything super simple and was great to work with!

Ted was simply amazing. A real human not a corporation. My electric car charging issue was not easy to figure out, with an older house, old wiring and the house only getting 100amps at the panel regardless. The true ‘fix’ was a very expensive open up the walls situation. But Ted worked and found a totally workable alternative that i can live with and it cost me 1/10 the price. I went from not being able to charge at all to now I can at least “slow” charge - which is workable for now. I was happy with the result and already have him booked to come back for swapping out some lights fixtures.

I just had my new patio installed and my outside outlet didn't work which powered my timer on the lighting. I wanted to check it out that very night. I called Ted and he was super quick to respond within a couple of hours. He was very polite and easy to work with. He completed the job quickly and efficiently that very day. Very professional.

Ted and his associates from Tritan were able to schedule me in for installation of 2 light fixtures within 1 week of calling them. Both light fixtures were hung from my 18 foot ceiling in a somewhat confined space that made it a challenge to maneuver the ladders into place to safely reach the spots where the light fixtures were installed. They made every effort to avoid causing any noticeable damage to surrounding walls and woodwork when maneuvering and positioning their big ladders. I would use Tritan again in the future, and plan to do so when I decide to eventually replace my furnace because they also do HVAC services.

My hot water heater started leaking unexpectedly.

After having a miserable experience with the first group I called that morning, I decided to shop around to see what other options were in the area. That's when I found Ted and Tritan Services and I am so grateful that I did.

Ted and his team are quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and actually care about the client relationship unlike some other companies in the area.

On top of the great experience, Ted is very competitive and transparent with their pricing and were able to fit me in same day so I didn't have a larger issue on my hands.

Because I had such a great experience, I am now also working with them to get a few parts replaced on my furnace, and will use Ted again for future planned work as well.

After we had lights go out, we called on a Saturday to schedule someone to come look at it. Not only did Ted answer the phone, but he came out that day at 12:30 and was finished with the complicated wiring job in our century-old home by 3pm.
