Had an emergency with two of my smoke/carbon monoxide detectors going off because they needed to be replaced. We called A Plus Electric and they came within two hours! Very knowledgeable and professional. We will use them again for any electrical issues!

The job was done quickly and professionally. He was just there to change out an outlet/switch. He even took it a step up and updated my tube lights to a simple bulb switch as my old lamp was burning out my tube bulbs. Not to expensive and very pleased to have a lit bathroom once more. ☺

I have used them twice so far and have been pleased. It’s hard to even get an electrician to call you back these days but these guys are very responsive. On both occasions they were able to come exactly when we requested. They do good work and are efficient with time.

Leo was a life saver! After getting kitchen appliances delivered by ABT, we were told that the oven could not be installed and would have to wait till the following week because it required an electrical engineer for further installation. We couldn’t wait that long and decided to call A Plus Electric. Leo came out that day, took a look at the oven and was able to fully install it same day. It was a pleasure working with Leo, he came in wearing a mask, booties over his shoes and was extremely professional. I called because my house lost power and I did not know why. Comed told me everything was fine on their end and that something must have happened in my home itself. A-Plus Electric came over quickly and did a thorough inspection of my home. They found my problem and were able to nicely explain it to me and present me with some options. I love these guys. If I ever needed anything electrical done, A-Plus Electric is who I will call first from now on.

Very quick turnaround time.Very knowledgeable & very nice. Had them come out to fix a short circuit. They were able to come out the same day. Identified & fixed the short circuit within an hour. They were also straight forward with pricing over the phone. Highly recommend. Will call for any future jobs.

I've used A-Plus electric quite a few times. I always ask for Leo. He's very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. He's very meticulous, and neat. They always return my call promptly and I trust them to do a great job.

This company was recommended to me by couple of my friends that used it before and were very happy. .
I used it personally like 4 or 5 times doing different jobs - outlets , replace panel, wiring , outside light , etc.

I had A-Plus come out to repair/replace a timer for my in-ground pool. I had done the preliminary troubleshooting, and thought that this was the problem. They confirmed that I was correct, and replaced the timer with a new one. Both of the technicians were friendly, and did what I asked them to do. I paid the hourly rate of $125.00, service charge of $68.00, and price of the replacement parts ($208.00 for the timer and $20 for the connector). The next day I decided to look up the cost of the new timer that they installed, and was shocked to see that legitimate online stores were selling the timer for anywhere from $30-$65. Like other reviewers, I called Mark to question this upcharge. After some runaround, I received the same comment others have mentioned that "We are not Home Depot"! I guess that means that you can take advantage of your customers by charging exorbitant prices for parts. Suffice it to say, Mark did not meet me half way, which I was willing to settle upon. BEWARE FOLKS, AS THE WORK WILL BE ADEQUATELY PERFORMED, BUT YOU WILL PAY SIGNIFICANTLY MORE THAN IS FAIR FOR ANY PARTS THAT THEY INSTALL!
UPDATE: One year later, the timer only correctly turns on 50% of the time! The other 50% of the time it only hums, and does not provide power to the pump! What a complete joke! BEWARE!!!

They saved my day. I noticed that outside outlet in my house started to smoke suddenly because some water got into. It was really scary. I called A Plus Electric and they came out within an hour. The explained my options and did a great job fixing it for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

We called A-Plus after finding them on Google. The main breaker on our panel would not turn over after shutting it off. Mark quoted a $175.00 service call on the phone (Which was fine). After arriving they diagnosed the problem and deemed the main breaker to be defective. They also deemed a couple of the other breakers to be defective. I said ok.. Please fix them.. After a couple of minutes it occurred to me to ask how much they would be charging for the breakers.. He said the main breaker is going to be $999.99. Yes a $130.00 breaker is going to cost me 1k. I asked them what type of breaker they were putting in because it seemed ridiculously priced. They guys at my home said "I don't know..its a 200 amp breaker. Its really because of logistics that they are this expensive. " By the way, I had them replace the other 2 breakers they said were defective and they charged me $180.00 for 2 $10.00 breakers.
Long story short... They will take advantage of you in let them. Go somewhere else.

They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. They also did a great job raising my service lines and replacing the weather head.

I had a problem with my kitchen outlets that kept shorting out the breaker. I reached out to A Plus Electric on Saturday evening and spoke with Leo. He was a very nice gentleman and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to come over within a hour. He quickly took care of all my issues and even cleaned up after his work. I no longer have any electrical issues thanks to him. I would absolutely recommend A Plus Electric to everyone and I will use them again should the need arise.

We had wiring issues and all the power went out in our kitchen. I called and them came within 3 hours. They were incredibly professional, explained in detail everything they were doing, were transparent on pricing, friendly, and got the job done. I will absolutely use them again.

Great, fast service. Fair pricing and nice people. I always appreciate a company who has someone designated to answer the phone so that you don't have to wait for a call back. Once the office staff took my information I got a call back to schedule within 5 minutes. They came out the next morning, assessed the problem within moments. The prices were fair. They even managed to figure out a way around a major problem. They fixed it then and there, no coming back. They had all the supplies they needed and gave us some much needed information and recommendations. I will definitely call them for the rest of the work that we will need to do.

I had partial power in my house. I called A Plus Electric. They arrived on time and replaced main breaker. The work was professional and the price reasonable. We would definitely hire this company again for all of our electrical needs

My outlet to my furnace was arcing so had a plus come out. Leo was awesome very knowledgeable and professional. Did the work perfectly. However it was my mistake for not looking closer at the pricing until after he left. After noticing i was charged $89 for a ground clamp $75 dollars for an outlet and $45 for a breaker switch all which are around $4-10 a piece i called mark in the office and nicely said maybe Leo made a mistake. He must get this call a lot as he immediately went on the attack being extremely rude and said we don’t make mistakes we don’t go off Home Depot prices (which would be more if they have a supplier) he also diagnosed my problem on site as i had no idea what was happening so no quote was given only the $125 an hour for labor (also $68 service charge that was not mentioned). They do great work just make sure you check pricing prior to paying as they will hit you over the head on the insane material up charge. (Was also told f you at the of the conversation)

These guys came through for us big time when we were screwed in more ways than one in our new house. And they came right away the day after we called and fixed everything up so it is safe and operational. Recommended big time for A Plus Electric.
