The contractor came out and replaced 4 breakers. He charged $1000 for materials which are $250 at home depot. One of the breakers is not to code.

He also charged $500 in labor for a hour and half of work.

I was left with a bill for $1588 and it should have been $600. I have reached out to the better business bureau, plan to file a claim against their bond, and hire an attorney. For others that have had issues, please reach out to me. Can either be class action or I will pursue legal remedies by myself. Thanks

Leo came to my home yesterday after I experienced an emergency with my circuit box. To my horror after living in my home for 25 years, I found out yesterday that I had rust and water damage in my electrical box that could have caused me the pain of losing my beloved home. Leo was kind and understanding and took the time to explain to me what happened. It's a big job but he knew exactly what he was doing. I am getting all my breakers replaced including the main and a whole house surge protector he will install on Tuesday. And I thought I only had an issue in the kitchen because the island light was blinking and buzzing! Folks these guys are the real deal!! Stop buying all the luxuries in your home and for God's sake make it a priority to have an electrician come out periodically to inspect your electrical. Your home and your family's life could depend on it!! I have found my permanent electrical company to work with and plan on them inspecting every 2-5 years so this never happens again. I have been richly blessed and as Leo told me yesterday.....pay attention and make electrical a priority above everything else.

We had A-Plus Electric out today for electrical work. Our experience was extremely good, and we were fortunate to have them out to do the work. Both Steve and Leo were excellent and have given us comfort knowing that we are fully compliant with our home electric system.

Not a good experience with these folks. Would highly recommend protecting your money and contracting someone else for electric work in your home.

The gentleman named in other negative reviews below would strongly benefit in a course in positive and proactive communication with customers. Truly abrasive, low level interaction. Spent $1,500 on repair work last summer. Stopped working within months. When asked if there was any assistance in refixing the work, the gentleman got quite agitated and gave a good list of why they would never do such a thing and I would be charged full price (see critiques in pricing in other reviews) again.

I will now pay full price again to find another company to do the work, but that feels ok since this fellow is quite a curmudgeon. It's interesting how interactions like this can make or break the way we feel about spending money. If you want to pay a lot to maybe have the fix actually work, call these guys.

Great pricing compared to the other quotes i got. Steve and Leo were great. We got all our work done in the time they estimated which worked out well. They also have a great location in Niles which I used before but just got time to review. I would recommend them for any electrical need.

Excellent work. Reasonable. They checked, replaced, repaired electrical features in my 23year-old townhouse that needed immediate attention to prevent fire. Extremely diligent and honest. I recommend them without reservation.

They put an outlet behind the TV in the bedroom, which was fully wall papered, and they did an excellent job. It was as if it had been there all along. I also had then add an outlet in my downstairs hallway and replace some old breakers. All this work was done within a few hours on a Saturday and on the same day that I called for to get a quote! Very professional and for the work, I think very fairly priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for future electrical needs.

Ted and Joel were very nice and very knowledgeable. Originally, we called them in for an electrical issue but they found out it was an A/C issue right away. Due to their expertise in both HVAC and electrical, they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and with a no-nonsense quote too.

Ted and his son Matt did an excellent job of the various things I needed done. They replaced my old security light with a ring camera, security light. Matt took the time to program everything in and explain how to work all the features on my ring camera!

Called Tritan based on the other reviews, was not disappointed! Came out same day, walked me through everything- even called the appliance tech support to confirm his assumptions and save us time on back and forth!
