My appointment was on coming Saturday but the owner somehow sent 2 people yesterday after I asked if he can do it on that day. I appreciate very much. The two young men he sent were very nice and work hard. They did very good job. They were very careful not to break anything. I would recommend this company. Good and honest people.

Excellent ! Our windows, gutters and siding have never looked better. Technician Erik was prompt, friendly, loved our dog, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

We were very happy with our gutter cleaning service! They were very thorough, took before and after pictures, and ran water to make sure the gutters and downspouts were functioning properly. And they did all of that at a very fair price point. I highly recommend Family Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning.

The folks at Family Window Washing just finished cleaning 30 plus windows and screens, inside and out, at Precision Enterprises in Somonauk. Yes, it is cold and there is snow. They did a phenomenal job!. The two workers were courteous, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

The Bubbles service team member arrived on time and completed all activities in a timely and efficient manner. The work and completed and cleanup was done very thoroughly. The worker was professional and provided quality work. Great job!

Great experience, first time calling someone out to clean the gutters. Technician arrived and got right to work. Did a great job. Price was fair and qouted up front with no hidden fees or up charges. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Highly disappointed in my exterior window washing experience. My technician did what I would call the very “bare minimum” of a job. I’m 32-weeks pregnant, and he didn’t even put back any of the items (i.e. hose) or the outdoor furniture that he moved during the job or offer to help me move them back. Upon arrival he asked if I could remove all of the window screens myself, and part of the reason why I called to have this service done is to have assistance with this task as I am not as mobile being pregnant, and I was also fine paying for the extra assistance. Lastly, I have one large bay window in the back of the house that had bird droppings in the center of the window and I had to point it out for him to go back and redo that window after he was complete since there was still bird dropping residue. Would never recommend!

As always , an outstanding job was done by Fernando ! As a Realtor I always recommend a window cleaning to my clients prior to photography session . This company does an amazing job of showing up on time and no worries about drips hitting your carpet .
( which has happened with other companies ) I’m glad I found them a few years back and recommend their service to fellow Realtors as well.

Had them come out to power wash the front of the house and clean the gutters. The power washing was subpar with the front siding only being partially cleaned. After they cleaned the gutter they left the debris from the gutters in plastic bags on my driveway and a broken planter overturned with the flowers crushed. The back of the house gutters were not even touched. Not worth the money.

Service was complete and well done. Gutters cleaned, all debris removed and discarded. Everything handled by email after Initial call for quote, timely and delivered as promised. Technician polite and respectful. We would recommend this company without reservation,

Daniel showed up early for the appointment and went right to work setting up his ladder. He was quick, efficient, and you'd never know anyone was in the flowerbeds. Really nice guy too. Thanks for your hard work.

Bubbles is great, have used them annually for several years. The window washers are fast, efficient, always polite and friendly, and leave the windows and outside iight fixtures sparkling for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Technician was on time, did a good job. Very pleased with the clean & fresh look of my house & the clean gutters. The staff are very nice & I have set up another appt for an estimate on a suggestion the technician made to me while he was here. Great Job!

I was very happy with the service. It was difficult to find someone to take on the job of cleaning our nearly unaccessable chandelier and your technician handled it like a pro. He took the time to make sure it was very clean and replaced all of the bulbs with care. The price was fair and I didnt have to wait a month for the service to be completed. In an era where customers expected below average service I was so happy to see that a company still approached small jobs with as much class as a larger job.

We were preparing our home to go on the market. Bubbles was recommended to us by our realtor. They did a fantastic job inside and out at a great price! I would recommend them if you want sparkling windows!

I contacted Bubbles for an estimate on gutter cleaning. It took no time at all to obtain an estimate and schedule an appointment. The serviceman who came to my house was one of the nicest and most courteous people I have ever met. He did the job quickly and efficiently and left the area spotless. I will definitely be using this company again when I am ready to have my house power washed.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**Rude employees that hung up on customers. Invoice for work that inconsistent with what was actually done. Emailed the customer service line. Kristian’s lacked any understating of professionalism and made excuses for the poor communication and the rude manager that hung up on me after I called in to get a detail breakdown of my services.

I am not sure why you are replying to my review. Didnt your email say that you are ceasing communication with me? You stand by lies? I never agreed to a prices before services. You quoted me for gutter cleaning - my gutters were NOT cleaned but you tried to charge me the same price even though your text message stated final prices is determined when work is completed. Do not lie!! You are just making an already terrible experience worst. Do better. SMH

Seems like a good price, easy to schedule, fast availability. Fernando was on time and did a good job. Took a little bit longer than I was anticipating (perhaps because it was only one worker), but the windows look fantastic...haven't seen one streak yet. Happy with the service!

The price was great but most important was how quickly they were able to come out and do the work. I had an estimate the same day that I called and they were there the next morning to get the job done. This was for a taller one story building, so they did a great job on being able to get to the job quickly on short notice. I would recommend Bubbles to other people.
