Pete did an awesome job power washing my white house and concrete patio. He was very responsive when I called and left him a message. Called back within minutes! He was even able to come out THAT day, due to a job postponement at another home. There were a few things (that I noticed the next morning) which still looked a little dirty after he completed the work. I emailed him about it and he promptly replied and came back the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with his work. He also gave me several suggestions about things regarding my home, as a new homeowner, which I greatly appreciated. Pete’s took the time to explain the work he was doing in the process, including the materials he was using on my home.He also connected me with other trustworthy people in different industries for future use. Thank you Pete for a job well done!!!

Pete was by far one the most dedicated owners of a business that I've seen in a long time. He is passionate about his work and takes the satisfaction of his customers very seriously.

We walked the house and he thoroughly explained what was needed and was very fair and upfront with pricing. He completed the job in a timely manner and gave helpful suggestions on how to manage your home for other home improvement items.

We have used Powerhouse for many years now and have always been happy with the results. Pete is fair, friendly and will do his best work every time. He makes our siding look brand new and also helped remove efflorescence from our brick patio pavers.

Had the experience of meeting Pete. What a great guy!! He really knows his business and has been doing it a very long time. He soft washed our gutters, facia, and soffits and came out looking like new!! Also did our patio pavers, sidewalk, and stones under our gate. Did the brick in front and the garage doors. We are very happy that we used him and will definitely use again!! Can definitely recommend him.

Pete cleaned up all the pavers and cement surrounding my pool and was able to do a screened in patio area and the front walkway as well. It looks great, friendly and does good work. Recommend

We had our new house and windows powerwashed and Pete was clear about expectations upfront, and went above and beyond to clean the home, even getting moss from really tight spots. You can tell he really cares about the product because of his attention to detail and rigor to ensure the home remains in sustainible condition. The brick and vinyl has never looked better.

Top to bottom, the exterior of our house looks transformed. Gutters look brand new. We're really excited to leverage Powerhouse again in the future and could not recommend Pete enough.

Pete took great care of us. We’ve been in our first home for a little over a year and are trying to learn how to maintain the outside of our home. He picked up my call within a few rings and found time quickly in his schedule. No question went unanswered and spent the time our property needed to bring it back to life.

Pete did an excellent job of power washing our deck which had been overrun with block mold. He completed the work on the wood and the tech deck portion. In addition, he cleaned our windows while he was back there. Highly recommend his work. Great Job!

Pete was great from the start. We had to reschedule due to weather and he still managed to get us in before a party we were hosting. He was knowledgeable and thorough. My only complaint is now our siding looks so good I’m going to struggle to convince my husband to replace it.

I called Pete in January after being egged by some teenagers. Within two days of my initial phone call, Pete got his equipment out of storage and got the house clean and looking great. I have to say also that the price was exactly what I thought it should be for the work being done and I even gave him a little extra as an added thank you. Highly recommended.

This time he cleaned the siding on the entire house, plus my sidewalk, deck, deck railings, and aggregate concrete. It was astounding to see the difference, looked like a new house!

We had our vinyl siding cleaned for the first time by Pete and it looks great! He was on time, worked efficiently and his attention to detail left our siding, and gutters and windows looking 10x better. When you get in touch via phone he states that his pricing is “per side”, what we assumed was going to be 4 sides, ended up being 7 (although he did give us one side free as a first responder discount which we appreciated). That being said, he does walk you around and confirm the number of sides/price when he arrives and before starting any work. Perhaps changing the verbiage up front would result in less confusion. Overall, we are very happy with the work Pete did and would recommend him for any power washing needs!

Pete just power washed my house and cleaned the gutters. They were in bad shape before- I bought a house that had been used as a rental for many years and was not properly maintained. After his treatment and cleaning, the improvement is amazing! Pete himself was nice, professional, and good to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend him if the exterior of your home needs some TLC.
