Powerhouse Pete was great to work with and super friendly. During our phone call I could instantly tell he cared and want to help get the job done right. He walked me through the full process and was able to get me schedule ASAP. I was super satisfied with how clean my house turned out after powerhouse worked his magic and he wasn't joking about his washing unit get in the high parts of my roof line. I will use Powerhouse Pete again in the future.

Great service! Have recommended to family for their power cleaning needs. Lighting in pictures isn't great but the soft washing made a huge difference on our siding; mildew free and brighter. It was very easy to schedule our cleaning; the owner is very responsive via call or text and respectful. Considered trying to DIY but very happy we went with an experienced professional.

This is the first time we had a professional do the power wash. Pete did an excellent job and was very friendly. Liked that he is a local business and has 35 years in business. My vinyl siding hadn't been cleaned in about 18 years. I got several estimates and Pete was the only person who could guarantee that he could remove the lichen that had accumulated. He was also the only person who did not either request photos or a trip to my home prior to the day of service for an estimate. He also informed me during a phone call that he charged "per side" for his service. I didn't think to question this at the time. When Pete arrived on the agreed upon day, he walked around the house and informed me of the number of sides he would be cleaning. Apparently I was incorrect in assuming that a rectangular house has 4 sides. Obviously, this changed the price dramatically from what I was anticipating and caused an awkward situation. That being said, he worked diligently to clean my very dirty home and remove the lichen as promised. I appreciated his attention to detail. My home and gutters are now meticulously clean. I can appreciate that my job may have been more labor intensive than anticipated. Now that I have had an opportunity to work with Pete, in the future I would probably provide him with photographs so he could give me a more precise estimate, but Pete's unclear pricing prevented me from giving him a five star review.

Pete was amazing. He came out the day after I called. He power washed my house and my paver patio. The house looks amazing. I knew it needed to be cleaned, but I was shocked at how much came off and how good it looks now. The patio too... it looks brand new. Pete is easy to work with and does a phenomenal job! I highly recommend his services.

Pete did a great job powerwashing my house. It was a big job, and he worked hard! He was very friendly and informative. He even moved my cars for me so they wouldn't get wet (I was home with my baby at the time, and it would have been a pain to move them myself). We will definitely be using him again when needed!

Pete did an excellent job power washing my home. The north side had a large amount of mildew and looked awful. When Pete finished, it looked new again. Great service!

Pete called me an hour prior to let me know what time he's showing up, which I appreciated. I just purchased my home and the previous owners haven't washed the house in a long time. Pete and his cocktail of cleaning products made my house stand out from the rest of the houses on the block. Pete did a great job thoroughly cleaning the siding and gutters of our very dirty house. We really appreciate his attention to detail and could tell he really cares about doing the best job possible. We also liked how knowledgeable he was about the cleaning products he uses, and that he takes great care to not harm any plants around your house. Today I had the pleasure of having Pete visit my home to wash our 24 year old PVC fence and some landscape rock around our property. He is a one man show and he did not disappoint. I was the first one in my subdivision that purchased a PVC fence in 1999 and it has stood up against terrible weather and storms over the years. The fence built up algae and mold and I wanted to have it removed before the winter.

Pete arrived exactly on time and we discussed the job in detail before he began work. He took his time and even cleaned up areas that I did not ask him to. It has only been hours since he has been here, but I am very pleased and I will have more work for him in the future.
