I can write this review now that time has been afforded to get to know the crew. After 3 months, having seen various crews visit our home, I'm seeing more consistency in the crew and quality. Having consistent communication is key if you want to be satisfied.

Karen and her team are incredible. Karen’s right hand support Sally provides the same level of service while Karen is away. I had a less than acceptable team to start so I know the difference. Kessp Cleaners did everything possible to make it right. Great company and Karen is so highly appreciated.

Was looking for a good house cleaning after some remodeling and came across Kesap Cleaning. We set it up and they came on the other say. They sent out 3 awesome ladies out Susanne, Susan and Alexis. The 3 of them worked so well together and had the house looking spectacular.

I started using their cleaning services in August. I can honestly say that they do an exceptional job. My house feels a whole lot cleaner, having 4 kids, a dog and working full time, it's hard to keep up with house maintenance. Kesap Cleaning Services have saved me tremendous time. The girls that come are always asking if there is anything specific i want them to focus on. I love that it is tailored to your specific needs. Great service, great people, great price. Just the perfect cleaning service. Highly recommend!!

Amazing! The most professional service I’ve ever used. From the beginning, communication/pricing was prompt and straightforward. I think prices are very fair (and the company is fully insured etc). Kylie, Heather, and Becky arrived exactly on time. They did an incredible job deep cleaning and we look forward to having them come regularly (omg how did they do the shower door?!). They are polite/nice, careful, and attentive. They brought all the materials needed including clear garbage bags for the small trash bins. The best thing for me is the cleaning solutions they use are not too fragrant/overwhelming. I’m extremely sensitive to fragrance (and usually prefer no fragrance) but their products smell great and dissipate fast (and no strong bleach smell). Actually the showers have a faint lavender smell or something nice. I am so glad I found Kesap and would recommend them to anyone!

Stefanie, Amber, and Cora did an amazing job at my house - I needed a deep clean done after moving in and they were thorough. They asked questions upfront about my preferences for products used and what my priorities were and left my house sparkling clean. I look forward to their next visit!

Friendly, reliable cleaning services! I don’t always have the same ladies each time, so it is hard for me to remember all of the names. What I do know is that each time everyone is respectful of me, my cat (who likes to surprise them) and my things. This week’s crew did an excellent job especially on bathrooms, kitchen and floors. As an extra perk, one of the youngest? ladies, noticed a cobweb on a very high up window. She went beyond the usual routine to remove it, using a full stretch!

I’ve been using Kesap Clean for over a year on a biweekly basis and they’ve been such lifesavers for our family! Scheduling is always consistent, their staff is always super friendly and trustworthy, and our house always gets a great clean “reset” - we love cleaning days! I really appreciate that they always send a team of 3 so they’re in and out quick. We also really appreciate that they try and send the same team (we usually have Gaby’s team!) and that there is a team lead that quality checks everything.

Just had Suanne and Vera from Kesap do a deep clean of our home after being away for several months. We can’t say enough positive things about the work they did. They cleaned our home from top to bottom and left it spotless. So very nice, professional and they pay close attention to the details. I just started using Kesap cleaning and had Rose and her team come and clean our home that is fairly new to us and they were so great and professional. Our historic home has some features that over over 100 years old and she and her team knew exactly how to handle them. 10/10 cannot wait to have them back. love how clean everything looks and smells!!!
