I reached out to Keep It Clean through their website, and Darryl responded to me the same day. I expected to have to wait to book the service for at least a few days, but Darryl scheduled a carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning for the very next afternoon. The upstairs carpet in the house really needed a lot of work, and it looks so much better now. They even fixed my dryer vent, which had mismatched conduit sizes.

We had our carpets and air ducts cleaned on the same day. Both technicians spent time with us prior to starting the job to explain in detail everything they were going to do.
They worked quickly and thoroughly and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. When finished they wanted to be positive we were happy with the results.
Great attitudes, great work ethic, pride in their work and a sincere desire to be positive we were happy before they left.

I'm really happy with this service. I have chemical sensitivities and needed a green cleaning option. They are very accommodating and do a very good job.

I've used Simply Clean for a few months now. Every time they come the service gets a little worse. They are done quicker and quicker. Their products have a very overpowering smell.

They sent 2 teenagers to clean my house. It was very unprofessional and I was alarmed to see them. I was expecting professional service with skilled cleaners. I read the reviews and had very high hopes. It was a huge disappointment. Will not use them again.

I called this service to power wash my driveway, fence and siding and facebrick on my house. The price they gave me was very reasonable and the work they do is absolutely fabulous. From the owner to the workers they are very friendly, work hard and do a great job. Everything looks brand new. I would highly recommend them if you need this work done.

The cleaning lady who came to my apartment did an AMAZING job! My place was kind of a disaster when she arrived, and now it looks like a brand new apartment. I was VERY impressed. I would love to have her come again. She was fantastic!

We called simply clean for a "spring cleaning" and it was best decision ever. With two kids, two dogs and work its hard to keep the house clean. The cleaning ladies arrive on time,they was very friendly and most important they did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again!!!

I called Simply Clean to schedule a move out cleaning. They were very flexible about day and time and we scheduled a cleaning. Girls arrived on time , were very nice , polite and asked me where to focus most. After I showed them around I left to work and after I came back the place looked spotless!!! I just scheduled a regular every 2 weeks cleaning at my current place. Would Recommend To Everyone !!!

I requested a move in deep cleaning for a one bedroom and one bathroom 675 sq ft condo. The woman arrived 50 MINUTES LATE and she did not inform me. I called after 30 minutes to find out what was the issue, Patricia said the maid was running late, stuck in traffic and would arrive in 15 minutes, but it took her 20 minutes. I inquired why didn’t she call? She said her office phone was broken (mind you she just answered her cell phone so why didn’t she use it to contact me or the person listed as a contact). The maid did not clean everything, she neglected to clean the laundry closet ( an abundance of lent was on the floor) the furnace closet nor the inside of all the cabinets (I know this because there were still mice droppings in one of the cabinets from the previous owner. I also inquired about cleaning the empty refrigerator, before I confirmed the appointment, Patricia said “we clean the appliances” well, the maid said it wasn’t part of the job. I contacted Patricia via text and then she said the refrigerator was not included….. refrigerators are considered appliances… look it up! The washing machine is an appliance and technically that should have been included. The refrigerator was cleaned after some discussion, however upon so called completion of the job the lady ran out before we could see if it was thoroughly cleaned. Perhaps those who gave simply clean 5 stars are of a similar ethnicity, for us the cleaning was not worth the $200, especially for such a small space that was just about empty.

Excellent service! Needed a deep clean for our place (especially bathrooms and kitchen) prior to moving out of our rental. Admittedly, we hadn’t deep cleaned (the entire time we’ve lived here) and knew the place needed some real work. The wonderful people from Simply Clean did an AMAZING job. Thorough, quick, and polite service— would highly recommend!!

I had simply clean come in (for $100 less than a previous quote) and they did an amazing job. The quoting, scheduling and executing was all very easy and seamless. Hired Simply Clean to do a move in cleaning for the house that we just purchased. Everything went very smooth from scheduling appointment until the job was complete. Returned my phone calls very quickly, cleaning team was on time and very polite. Already scheduled move out cleaning for the house that we just sold and considering to hire Simply Clean for a regular cleaning every 2 weeks.

We have used Simply Clean for recurring cleanings in the past and were always so happy with the work they did. We recently moved and we hired them to clean out our previous residence. We were thrilled with the work they did. They even did work over and above what we expected. We had gotten quotes for clean out moves from other companies and they fall right in the middle price wise, but you get top notch work. Having them do the kind of work they did made the stress of moving a little more bearable. They cleaned out all appliances and they even swept out the garage which was a very pleasant surprise. We will use them in the future and they will be the only ones we call if we need cleaning services. Don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

I LOVE this cleaning service. The owner, Patricia, is very personable and understanding which is important to me.

The cleaning itself is top notch. My cleaning person makes my floors, appliances, and sinks shine. She also gets areas that are harder for me to reach (e.g., under the bed).

I plan to stick with Simply Clean for as long as I’m in the area. Highly recommend!
