Call the office in morning and the technician showed up around 1 pm. Very professional guy (Armstrong) and keep me educated while he repair the furnace ignition issue. Fixed the furnace issue in 2 hours (very old furnace) and a small issue of my humidifier. Strong recommend!

I dealt with Joey from Four Suns for my AC this past summer and for my furnace a few days ago. He was absolutely fantastic. Both times, he patiently answered all of my meticulous questions and he talked me through all of my options, while never upselling or doing any of the stuff I loathe and have no patience for. Four Suns will definitely be my HVAC Co. from here on out.

We had a new furnace/a/c put in by them last winter. We got several estimates, and went with them, because Jason was honest and upfront in the process. They were in and out as quickly as they could be, didn’t make a mess and were great about explanations. He was back out in the spring to finish the AC up. Overall, very helpful and reliable. We highly recommend them.

My heat was not working during a very cold couple of days. I called first thing in the morning (after trying to google a solution myself unsuccessfully) and my call was answered right away. They took my info and gave me an estimated time when someone would arrive. John arrived right on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix my furnace and start heating up my house right away! A new part was needed and they were able to accommodate my schedule to return and replace it. The cost was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the service provided. John especially was absolutely wonderful and I cannot thank him enough.

Edit 2 years later: My AC was not cooling for a very hot week in July. I contacted Four Suns and they had someone out very quickly. Rich was extremely helpful in finding the cause of the issue and laying out my options. He ensured I had all the knowledge needed to make the best decision for my situation. I am so impressed by the dedication of Four Suns in making sure they have a staff that will always do right for their customers. When I need a replacement I will absolutely be having it done by them!

I have used Four Suns’ service for over 10 years now, they are honest and service is top notch, Joey and Brian were very professional and thorough. Jason responds to my text even on weekends when we had an emergency with our thermostat early this year, though he couldn’t come out but he helped us troubleshoot via text. I appreciate a company who puts their customers’ interest as priority.

I would highly recommend Four Suns!! I called them today in a panic. My heater went out and my house was SO cold.. I asked the guy on the phone if he could get someone out today and literally less than an hour later, my doorbell was ringing!
Angel showed up and was very pleasant! He was knowledgeable and very thorough. He got my heater running in less than a half hour and the price was so much less than I was expecting!! I am so happy with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone asking for an HVAC company. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you Four Suns! My house is already starting to feel more cozy!! Bryan and Rich came out to look at some issues we’ve been having with our ac. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got here- barely even 20 minutes from the time I called. We are relatively new homeowners, so I followed them around and asked a bunch of questions. They were great about answering them all and explaining everything they were doing. They were thorough about diagnosing the issues, provided practical recommendations, didn’t try to upsell us with things we didn’t need, and the price for the service was very reasonable. This will be our go-to hvac company from now on.

Last night my hot water heater went out after about 15 years. It was in pretty rough shape with a leak so I knew it would need to be replaced. Four Suns answered my inquiry first thing in the morning and had a technician (Jason) over to my house immediately. He thoroughly explained what I would need in terms of service and product. Later that day Four Suns came back to do the removal / install. Joey, Brian and Angel were very cordial and professional. They managed to get the job done within 45 mins. I couldn't believe how quickly we resolved the problem and not only that but Four Suns charged us an extremely fair rate. I had 2 other places quote me that were substantially more for the same product / service.

Had a fan go out and called Four Suns. Prompt professional service from Jason and his team. We were able to schedule a consultation and go over options. Very knowledgeable about the different products and all the pros and cons. Ended up being able to repair it right away after getting the parts. Works good as new. Even upgraded the thermostat unit! Will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone needing service.
