I'm so glad to have found Four Suns! They have come out to an area they don't normally within 8-12 hours every time I've had an issue. The diagnosis has been quick and correct. The job has always gotten done within 24 hours and I've not had to deal with being upsold at every opportunity like some companies. I have 2 small children so having no heat in the winter is such a fear of mine but I always know I can call in a crisis, like family. Highly recommend!

13 mo ago payed above $700 for apparently the cheapest blower motor on the market being installed. That included $99 service fee and above $600 for replacement motor. Motor stopped functioning shy of 13 months after, passing the “extended” warranty by a month. Replaced it myself costing about $150 for a better motor. At the time I believed I was getting a quality OEM part which I checked costed about $330, so adding a work hour almost justified the cost.

I contacted them to see what resolution they would offer, they refused to provide a new motor but did say if I waited until Monday they would help install IF I purchased the new motor. I refused and installed - working - the new one in less than an hour.

The reasoning on their side was they used cheaper part to save costs over OEM, extending 90 day warranty to a year, and it’s industry standard practice, the truck fleet, personnel cost etc.

From my point of view- all the truck fleet, extended personnel and other costs of running business that got added as $500 on top of the cost of the cheapest $90 motor and $99 service fee are waste passed onto us, if the motor is so bad it blows just passed 12 mo.

Watch some youtube videos and diy if you can safely. Otherwise ASK about the motor brand, it’s quality, AND use a service that doesn’t cause reoccurring yearly $729 costs for a $90 motor.

Daniel did a great job ! and for being the first visit he even gave a thorough cleaning on my outside unit which it needed it because it hadn't been cleaned for 4 years how embarrassing it was filthy dirty ,well Daniel grab his hose and gave it a wash down!!! No more noise!!! Keep up the good work Daniel !! And reasonable prices!! Will recommend you to others!!

Daniel did a fantastic job servicing our HVAC system, notified us about an issue with the existing humidifier and came to replace it quickly. They were also flexible in making time to install a new water heater. Very personable, professional, and would surely recommend to others.

Great service! We had Hall of Fame in for a water heater replacement. They were on time, explained everything in detail, super clean, and gave a walk through when done. Highly recommend! We are having them back to check our AC in a couple of weeks.

I was due for new HVAC in my home and bid the work out to four different company’s. Hall of Fame and Daniel provided the best scope for the price but more importantly Daniel made me feel comfortable in not only him but the quality of the work. Daniel, my technician for today was knowledgeable about the specifics of our condo HVAC installation. He explained its present condition and recommended repairs to maintain the life of my unit in easily understood terms as well as being transparent about the related costs. Daniel has been servicing our furnace and A/C exclusively for years now and is always prompt, reliable, personable and honest. He takes the time to explain any concerns and describe options. There are never any surprises. My commitment to Daniel's company was reinforced last spring when a different company honored their contract on my two rental properties......the difference was night and day as they attempted to charge me for services and a part that had not been discussed or approved.
I'm completely confident that I'm well taken care of with Hall of Fame.

Our AC was struggling during the July 2025 heat wave. Daniel was incredibly prompt, helpful, and transparent. He even waited while I finished a work meeting so he could thoroughly explain the issue, the fix he was going to do, and discuss the cost. I really appreciated his honesty! The fix ended up being ~$200 less than the original estimate.
