Keith came in and fixed what Roto Rooter couldn’t. He was knowledgeable and helped us save money. If we ever have another plumbing issue, he will be the person I call. Thank you so much!

Keith did what 4 other plumbers couldn’t do! He fixed the problem. He meticulously went thru procedures and figured out the fix. His company, Expert Plumbing was one of the few companies that actually had a person answer the phone. Date and time promised was spot on too. Would use them again!!

Had a total water system inspection with my annual contract which was prepaid. Keith was
friendly and efficient. He informed me of some important issues, especially the age of my water
heater. I appreciated his professional knowledge.

Brian was great. He showed up on time and was very informative throughout the process. Very clean and professional. Left my bathroom better than it was before he arrived.

Keith was great. In and out quick with great work. Was nice to my dog and handled a tough installation in the basement! Gave some advice on other minor issues and I highly recommend!

*UPDATE*
I used their services on 9/12/25-57 days ago. Work was completed to my satisfaction. Today, 11/8/25, I can home to the exact problem I had in September. I explained my frustration and that I did not really want to do at an emergency service fee for work that was completed so recently to the operator. Alex advised someone would reach out to me this evening. I received a text advising it was too long ago for it to be covered. It is disappointing they were unwilling to work with me when I’ve used them on other occasions.

I’ve used Expert Plumbing several times. Every time I call Christine is able to determine my needs and get me scheduled same day. The plumbers they have sent are always professional and explain things thoroughly. Always a good experience.

We were very pleased with our experience with Keith. He was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, personable and answered all of our questions. We have used Expert Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so.

We have had Jon out on 3 different occasions for different issues (our house was built in '68, plumbing is just always a problem). Each time - Jon was on time, pleasant, professional, and did an amazing job! He seems very knowledgeable and experienced with various circumstances from a backed up bathtub, failed ejector pump, and clearing a septic line that we will eventually have to have him come and replace. He kept the mess to a minimum, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Jon's communication is on point, he always walked us through the situation and solutions as needed. We appreciate him and will call Jon at Expert again for any future issues.

Keith was very helpful, professional, and had a very friendly, approachable personality. He took the time to explain things and help solve the issue I was having. Will be recommending to anyone I know.

Keith was very competent with our kitchen sink problem. Saved my sanity as we are hosting both Christmas Eve and Day. Have to have a working sink and he did the job. Has good “people skills “ too. I highly recommend him.

Keith saved my life today! Woke up with a sewage backup in the basement, and Keith was at my house within a few hours. He was quick, professional, and just an all-around good guy. I've been using Expert for many years and highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Brian did an excellent job cleaning our basement drain line. Very courteous and helpful with some of my questions. He gave me a few simple tips for maintenance.

This is the 2nd time we used Expert Plumbing. I was extremely impressed with Keith and Expert Plumbing's service. I called on Friday afternoon and he was here Monday morning. He replaced both a kitchen faucet and a sump pump that were getting old. He also checked and drained our water heater. He was very nice and personable and finished the job the same day he quoted us the price. He was in and out within a couple of hours. I highly recommend him and Expert Plumbing!
