Hot water heater is not working. Technician was very nice but seemed more interested in selling me a new water heater than getting ours going in an emergency situation (Saturday with no hot water). And the new one cannot be installed until Thursday??!! And no estimate on date of installation if we want the thermocouple replaced for $1800. Not pleased.

Energy Services : Andrew Sherman was tasked to replace our furnace’s gas inducer motor. Andrew was cordial, professional and skillful. The inducer motor was within the 10-year warranty for Carrier parts and labor. We have employed Energy Services as our heating and cooling service company for over twenty years. Carrier experts, indeed. And now I hear ES has branched out to include plumbing and electrical. Surprised that HVAC is NOT included in the service selections section of this review, below. Recommend that the name be changed to Energy Services and Plumbing. Radiant? Seriously?

I was told there was a broken pipe outside in my service yard, and water was leaking quickly. the water to my property had to be shut off. roger from animo plumbing came out while i was away, and he gave me a call to talk me through everything. he was really polite and honest about the situation. roger checked the pipes in the service yard and said they were actually in good shape. he found out that a part of my water softener had broken, which caused the water problem. roger turned the water back on just long enough to take some pictures of the water spraying out, and sent them to me so i could see exactly where the issue was. he let me know i should call a water softener repair specialist for this problem. roger really went above and beyond for me. whenever i need a plumber, i’ll be calling him, and i’ll definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
