The at-home service was excellent and Brandon was friendly and professional.

Only turn-off was having to talk to a "digital assistant" to schedule/reschedule the appointment.

Replaced old furnace and AC. Everyone from the office and the crew, on sight, was professional and friendly and patient. The instalation was quick and very clean and professional. They answered my questions and explained everything they did.
They did a complete install on my sons house in Naperville, last year, and he recommended them to me.

Easy scheduling of general upkeep on my HVAC and plumbing thru Energy Services. Both Scott and Brandon came out and did an exceptional job walking me thru how my water heater works and what’s causing our water issues (too hot/cold and not switching from hot to cold or vice versa as expected), as well as how to resolve the issues. Clear service, pricing, and quick efficient work while being respectful of our home. Thank you Scott and Brandon. Not that I want water issues, but I know who I am coming to if I have them!

Very pleased with Rakia and Jose today. They cleaned out all lint from my clothes dryer and were thorough and made sure they covered their street shoes to avoid marking my floors. Very pleased with their work.

Scott did a great job. He was on time, performed the work expeditiously, and cleaned up the site. In addition, he explained the return addition to the overall system and he was personable.
