We had the grout sealed/stained in our shower as well as the caulk replaced. Mike D. did an outstanding job on this project. His skill, expertise and attention to detail were excellent and greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with the results of Grout Medic’s work.

We had The Grout Medic do our 20 year old tile shower and tile floor. He did a great job. His work ethic is amazing and we're very impressed. The shower and floor look like new.

The technician estimated the job well, pointing out details that might have complicated the project. But he also explained that we didn't need work as extensive as we thought. He came back to do the work when he said he would. The project took just the amount of time he promised. He cleaned up afterwards and the work was superb.

Had a great experience with Grout Medic. They did a fabulous and outstanding job on cleaning my shower tiles and grout and replacing silicone caulk. Cleaned up after the work was completed. I will definitely use them in the future. Mike was fantastic and a great guy to work with.

Grout Medic does a fantastic job! Our tile always looks brand new after cleaning and re-grouting. Also cleaned showers and did chalking for the kitchen sink. Joe and Dylan are the best! Highly recommend!!

Received excellent service from Grout Medic. We needed one shower regrouted and caulked and a tub caulked. We also had our foyer hall cleaned and the grout colored matched to a lighter shade to match tile. Over the years, the foyer grout had become very dark and now it looks like a new floor again! Workmanship was very good. Pricing was reasonable for time involved and work completed. Will definitely use them again.

These guys are experts! The service tech who did the work, Zach Y., was a true professional and knew what he was doing. They show up on time. They do exactly what they said they would do. And they did NOT try to up charge me after showing up. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I highly recommend Grout Medic. I had my master stand up shower tiles cleaned and re-grouted on the first day. Then a few days later they sub-contracted out the shower basin to a company that specializes in reglazing. I can the same for them also. Henry A. was the service guy with many years experience doing this type of work. Nice to see companies partnering with the same level of expertise and execution. See before and after pic's attached.

The owner came to the job to assess the job and offer an estimate. Very nice man. Scheduled an appointment and the tech showed up and performed the job in a more than outstanding manner. Told us we’d be okay skipping one part of the work which lowered the price. Work was perfectly done and looks great. Grout and caulk maintenance is essential . . . and makes your shower and sinks look new.

Zach did an outstanding job in restoring my hallway and kitchen tile to look like new! He put a lot of time and effort into the work and always with a smile. He answered all our questions completely and made some suggestions as to grout color before sealant. He was able to bring color back to original light color grout. Our floor has been in place for 10 years and I was so pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend The Grout Medic and especially Zach.

Mike Westerman came out to provide me with an estimate as well as information on how to maintain the grout on my bathroom floor as well as in my shower. Dylan was great! He was thorough and did a really good job on recaulking my shower and cleaning and resealing the grout in my bathroom. Highly recommended!

We had two showers done. 1 with a bath and 1 standing. Due to the nature of our installs, we had some initials issues with some of the work maintaining. Some of the caulk peeled, some of the replaced grout fell out. Ron and his team committed to coming back out on warranty for every issue and worked until it was right. Appreciate the commitment. Easy to schedule an estimate and the work done. Our kitchen tile floor looks amazing after getting properly cleaned and resealed. It was also great to be able to get tubs and showers recaulked and steam cleaned. The young men who did the work were very respectful and clearly knew their stuff and took pride in their work.

The Grout Medic revitalized our homes vintage tile in both our kitchen and bathroom. The end result far exceeded all our expectations! Truthfully, we weren't confident they were going to be able to salvage the grout and tile in our retro bathroom but they were able to replace and fix the missing tiles and now, thanks to Mike's work, our bathroom floor looks brand new! Cannot recommend The Grout Medic and specifically Mike enough. Thank you thank you thank you!

I called The Grout Medic to replace the caulk in my shower, but what I got was a brand new shower stall. They not only took out and replaced all the caulk around the tile areas, but also the clear caulk around all the glass. They steam cleaned the tile and the glass so that now it looks just like new. And to keep it looking that way, all the tile was sealed. This is the first time I have had tile sealed that you could tell afterwards it was doing the job. Water beads up on the tile now and makes it so much easier to squeegee off.

Pete was meticulous and did an awesome job color matching the caulk to the tile. It matches even better than the original did. He also found an area underneath the entrance to the shower that had never been caulked. You had to lay on the floor and look up underneath to see it, and he found it and fixed it.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the job that was done. They may not be cheap, but I feel like I got MORE than my money‘s worth. I highly recommend their services.

They steam cleaned and painted/sealed the grout in my bathroom and my kitchen backsplash and repaired the seams and chips in my granite countertop. I greatly appreciated Ron and his technicians' responsiveness, patience, and attention to detail: they matched the grout color and neatly re-caulked the shower and sinks; and expertly repaired the seams in my granite countertop and cleaned and polished the granite. Overall it was just a great experience from start to finish, and I feel like I've increased the value of my home by making these improvements.
