Tile Contractor reviews in Naperville, Illinois

The Grout Medic did an outstanding job on our shower. The previous caulk kept peeling. They came out quickly to give me an estimate and were quick to solve the problem. Pete came and recaulked the shower. After a couple of weeks one spot in the shower started to peel a bit. Pete came back and fixed it. We have had no issued since. I wouldn't hesitate to use Grout Medic again. Every aspect of communication to the work was fantastic.

We had two projects that were scheduled back to back. First project-Our main shower needed the grout replaced and resealed. The results are great. Mike did a great job for us.
Second project-our main floor in our home has ceramic tile from entry way thru to the kitchen area and needed attention. Once again Mike did a great job. Our floor looks like it is brand new and look just like it did 24 years ago when we built our home.
We highly recommend Grout Medic and will continue to call on Mike for future projects.

We have used Grout Medic for many years. Their work has always been top notch! We have an enclosed porch that has tile flooring.. water was seeping in from the outside and they were able to remove the grout and redo..it looked brand new. Also have had our shower re-caulked many times and have always been happy. We will definitely be calling them again.

I had a fantastic experience with The Grout Medic team. From start to finish, I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency; they managed to complete the project ahead of schedule with great results. Their pricing was incredibly fair, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. The technician who handled our home was exceptionally respectful and meticulous. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of great customer service and high-end results.

I decided to go with Grout Medic since their focus is only grout and sealing, so I figured they should be very good at it. Their reviews were also stellar. And they did not disappoint. Excellent work in a timely manner. Attention to detail was given. Both the employees (one who gave the estimate and one who did the job) were on time, courteous, and professional. The cost was very reasonable and so, I decided to have all our bathrooms taken care of. I will definitely reach for them again, should a need arise.

I highly recommend The Grout Medic repair service. We scheduled a bathroom tile repair plus re-grouting on 4/7/25, and the technician's professionalism and experience were evident from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently and has held up perfectly six months later. Their expertise far surpasses any DIY attempts or online tutorials. I would definitely use their services again.

Tasha was great getting us in touch with Ron, a working owner to do a quote. Prompt arrival, great reviews led us to sign up for 2 bath cleaning, caulking and sealing. Professional quote system and a local business address sealed the deal. Mike Delair was scheduled for project in 4 days.
Mike completed both baths in same day, courteous, and dedicated to finishing with a quality job. Very satisfied
