Mike and Nick did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and staircase! They cleaned 4 rooms and a staircase. There were some pretty good pet stains in the rooms and they did a great job cleaning it out. The price was more than reasonable, and they were extremely friendly.

Micheal is the owner of JOHNNY ON THE SPOT CLEANER and he's really great. He'll do everything he can to truly help you out.

I had to have my sofa and carpets cleaned and even though I called Micheal last minute, he was able to work it out. Initially one of the techs (Pedro) was scheduled downtown Chicago. Micheal, sensing my desparation, was kind enough to move the schedule around, so that Pedro could drive all the way up to Northbrook and take care of my cleaning requests.

I can't rave enough about Pedro and Micheal. Both of these guys
will REALLY work with you in terms of getting you the best deal.

Regarding the work quality. Well lets just say, I will NEVER call another cleaning service OTHER than Johnny On The Spot! I'm a loyal customer and I absolutely implore anyone who has not used their services before, to just give them a chance. You will NOT be disappointed. Sincerely.

I had this business come out today to clean my two-piece sectional and laz-e-boy chair along with my area rug. As ALWAYS these guys are on time, they are working the second they get here, and they take the time to explain in detail what exactly is going to happen and why such and such service is necessary.

As I pointed out Micheal is the owner, but he's not one to just order his workers from one site to another while he kicks back. As you can see in the pics, Micheal (white shirt) is actually working performing the same exact duties expected from his employees. The job is thorough. As he works he explains chemicals are used and how the extraction process works. When the residual water is disposed of, you can literally see the amount of gunk trapped in your upholstry or rug/carpet.
If there was a subscription service (with discounts) with these guys where they'd come back every quarter or once every six months, I'd sign up.

These guys will help work with your tight schedule any which way they can. There's never a "NO" answer to any reasonable request.

Should anyone need their service, they are truly the best professionals to call.

I called Johnny On The Spot Cleaning after searching for carpet cleaning near me and was greeted by a very friendly, courteous team. Most affordable by far. I live in the lincoln park neighborhood. Pedro was awesome- Michael, the owner, was great too. Pedro was so polite and helpful- explained the whole process to me. We have a 200 pound all marble and brass coffee table which had to be carefully lifted to remove and put back the rug/ to our astonishment, Pedro did the heavy lifting and didn’t leave until the rug was back in the correct spot and was without any wrinkles. He didn’t want anything out of place. The results were great – the carpet looks fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend them as the best carpet cleaners in the area.
