He came to our house, steam cleaned our furniture, rolled up our area rugs and brought them to their facility for cleaning. Poor results from a recent rug cleaning. Charged us even when Pedro the delivery guy acknowledged that the rug still had visible debris in it. Owner- Mike- was not receptive to a discount/refund on substandard quality of cleaning. Poor service and quality of work. If they don't think the rug can be cleaned up to a standard- they should notify customer upfront and not charge for service.

We've had two little ladies absolutely destroying every last square inch of upholstery and carpeting in our house for the past seven years and finally reached a point where we couldn't handle it anymore.
