Amazing Service !!! Fresh Mint cleaning service cleaned our home before we moved in this past week and their cleaners did a terrific job. They also performed additional disinfecting and cleaning tasks. They disinfected all switches, doorknobs, general surfaces and used special cleaning products to ensure a safe environment before we moved in! I could not be happier with our pre-move in cleaning quality and the last-minute scheduling they had to do to accommodate our timeline. We highly recommend this local home cleaning service and plan to use them for regular home cleanings on a monthly basis!

I have been with Paula/Freshmint for at least 15 years. Maybe longer. I have never stayed with a cleaning company this long. Reliable. Flexible. Excellent excellent service. House sparkles when she’s done. (Ula cleans my house and she is fantastic!) Reasonably priced and worth every penny! I’m moving out of state and can only hope I find someone as great as Ula. (Freshmint) This should be a ten star rating!!! 5 isn’t enough.

Excellent landscape design and construction company. They’ve completed multiple projects for us quickly and efficiently, and offer great solutions to our landscaping needs. Juan, Luis, Bernice and the whole crew are dependable, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Red Fox Landscaping was amazing! I wanted to re-do my front yard with a beautiful bed of flowers. They completely superseded my expectations. It turned out beautifully! I would trust Red Fox for all of your landscaping needs!!

The technician has left us with no air conditioning for two weeks because he never turned in the paperwork stating that our current unit couldn't be replaced. And the Sears warranty department has failed to follow up to get that information from the technician in order for authorization for the replacement. Total incompetence.

Disrespectful to my wife (and I'm guessing all women), treated her like a child and acted like everything she said was incorrect. Even when she said that he can't park in our neighbor Barb's spot, he acted like wife was stupid, laughed and said he was allowed to park there for 1 hour. We were hoping he got towed but then he'd be stuck here... oven fixed for $500 but a new oven costs $600. Just buy new.

Did not review any appliance…nor do I want to…was not satisfied with sears services

Horrible service. Scheduled a cleaning of a washer/dryer. Nothing was done except vacuum the lint trap, tech was there less than half hour. Never cleaned the rubber boot on washer, empty the catch or clean the catch nor was the dryer motor ever cleaned as advertised on the website. For almost $200, i went back over his work n did a better job. Called customer service for a refund but they ended up pushing the whole cost through. Then changed their customer service line to all online chats that led me in circles with no answers; even having to sign up n pay for online communication service "just answers". Ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend sears home services in southwest wi area to anyone. Awful deserving of zero stars.

Our appliance technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied.

Technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
Problem I was experiencing would not reoccur when Technician arrived.
He assured me he would look into it anyway and found two bad rollers.
They were promptly replaced, and problem solved.
I very much appreciate the tenacity of Jakob and his desire to solve my problem.

The AC was not cooling well enough. The technician was sent by the insurance company and he denied the claim. He aledgedly check the pressure in the AC without me being present. He did the check within the less than a minute - impossible, since he needed to remove and put back the pannel. He said that the pressure was OK!?. His laser termometar was shoving 10⁰F lover (I had my own to confirm). His temperature readings at the AC unit in the basement were also off. He claimed that the problem is in the ducts even though the temp of the diffuser (main basement unit) was at 75F (should be 65-68F). The air coming out the ducts was also 75F instead of 68F. He was either incompetent, which I doubt, or having incentives from the insurance to deny claims. We paid $100 as deductible and the problem was not solved.
