Frank was great! He originally came out in 2023 to do work for me, and I wanted to call him again a few days ago , but I couldn’t remember his name so I called the company that had the highest customer rating from my Google search and it was him!😁. He resolved my issue and now don’t have to suffer in this heat anymore🥵. And I scheduled some additional work.

Honest and reliable service. Frank made sure my panel upgrade was up to current code, but didn’t try selling unnecessary services. Very polite and considerate. Frank clearly cares to do the job right the first time and leave you satisfied. He gladly gives answers and advice for your electric projects.

We are so grateful to Frank for helping solve a series of electrical problems. We moved into a home and didn't know why some outlets wouldn't work. This led to discovering a series of bad connections from previous work done at the house. Frank came early in the morning and patiently worked through each connection. He was professional, replaced all the worn parts, routed the electricity correctly, and the warranty that comes with the work really gives us peace of mind. After he fixed all the urgent problems, he stayed to fix small things like the doorbell. Our family is sleeping better at night thanks to Frank. We will definitely call him again.

Had a wonderful experience working with Frank! He did a generator transfer switch, indoor and outdoor 50A outlets, and some miscellaneous other work. Super conscientious, great attention to detail, and really professional and neat work. My father had a last minute plumbing emergency today. We needed a plumber ASAP and no one was available. The owner of NGM plumbing was quick to respond and even quicker to get on site and fix the problem. Pricing and service were excellent. Cannot Thank these guys enough. Will definitely be my first call any and every time.

Texted Nick later in the evening on Friday and he was very quick to respond to let me know he can be by on Sunday for our kitchen sink being clogged. He was over in a timely fashion and brought all of his equipment with him. I am definitely keeping his number on file for future uses!
