A review that is months owed...Late last year, I ran into drain problems a few weeks after moving into my new home and needed it rodded out. I Googled services and went off the best reviewed providers. I'm glad I did. Dwayne's professionalism, communication, knowledge, and transparency are above and beyond. For the included camera service, the pricing is extremely fair. In addition to the camera service and the use of multiple cutter heads. I also appreciated that they took the time to confirm that water flowed without issues before packing their equipment. I've seen other companies perform 1 rod with 1 head and start packing as the cables are still on their way back out. They definitely have focused on ensuring the customers' expectations of a good service are met.

Was nervous about the possible cause of my drain issues. Dwayne did a great job explaining my options, and saved me a lot of money and stress. Very knowledgeable, highly recommended!

I've hired Drain Flow a few times and have always been happy with the service and price. So I figured it's time to write them a review! The biggest thing that differentiates them from other companies is Dwayne's expertise and honesty. He knows what he's doing, how to determine exactly what the problem is, and how to properly fix it. On one occasion another company wanted to dig up my front yard and charge me $14,000. Dwayne showed me on the camera how it was a minor issue and I just needed to hydrojet the line and check it yearly for maintenance. So now he's my go-to guy for all things drainage!

I purchased a property 3 weeks ago and to my surprise, the basement backed up with water yesterday. I called a few different plumbers, but settled on Drain Flow. The owner was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and made me feel at ease when I first called. They came out the next day (on time) and resolved the issue the same day. I would recommend him to my closest family members. Excellent communication!!!

Dwain and his son were very professional, they rodded and cleaned my 40 foot drain line in the kitchen. The water is flowing down the drain like normal. Drain Flow Sewer and Plumbing came highly recommended from my family member. Great job!!!

We had an emergency plumbing issue. Toilet backed up and water from toilet coming up out of the tub. It was a mess. We couldn’t get anyone out to help till we called DRAIN FLOW SEWER AND PLUMBING. Came out for us after hours and got it taken care of. Great job and priced right. Thanks guys!

The father and son team of Drain flow took care of a nagging clog in my house's drain line. Most importantly to understand what he was walking into, he listened to my observations and took them into account as to how he and his son should handle the job. Got the line opened and charged less than quoted because they didn't have to use a tool that is usually needed. Lastly, I was informed of a potentially bigger repair that will be needed but instead of pushing that, he advised me of a convenient work around to the problem that could save big bucks for some time. I will definitely be using their service again.

Dwayne knows drains. Both Dwayne and his son have the knowledge, the right equipment, and the know how. They did a terrific job installing a cleanout in our 6" clay main sewer line. I will have him come out in the future to maintain this main sewer line because of all the roots. His hydro jetting sewer line cleaner is amazing. It completely clears the sewer line of roots. Thanks for taking care of us Dwayne.

I had previously hired another company who came out and supposedly resolved my tree root issue. The very next day I still had water coming up and when I called them rather than address the issue that was not addressed, they wanted to upsell me on more services. I was lucky enough to find Dwayne who came out the same day. He quickly was able to diagnose the issue and promptly resolved my issue with tree roots. He provided helpful information about how to move forward with dealing with the roots in the future it doesn’t become a costly repair. He was truly godsend and an honest person. I would never call any other company and would highly recommend him.

My sewer backed up, called and Dwayne and son showed up asap. Nodded but ended up Hydro jetting and got everything back in business within 2 hours. Excellent job!

Dwayne answered my frantic phone call at 11:00pm. Drain backed up in my 1st floor condo laundry room. Awful! He & his son were on a job downtown in Chicago. They arrived at 11:40pm & worked til about 1:30am to fix the problem. It was a pretty complicated task but they fixed the problem. Dwayne apologized about the midnight fee he had to charge me but in the end the cost was well below what other outfits would have charged.

Father and son team did a fabulous job rodding my very clogged tub. They were super quick, clean and very reasonably priced! Will be using them with all plumbing needs moving forward!
