Since Iliana Heating and Cooling and All Services took advantage of me in the past, I asked a family member for their recommendation, but they were also untrustworthy. Luckily, King Heating, Cooling and Plumbing received great reviews, so I called them last night after hours. They got back to me first thing this morning saying someone would arrive within 20 minutes.

The technician showed up right on time, examined my furnace, and found the issue quickly. He was able to get the replacement part delivered in an hour and had my heat restored as soon as it was fixed. I'm extremely satisfied with their service - the technician worked diligently and professionally to resolve the problem efficiently.

Avoid using this company at all costs. We called them about a shower leak in our upstairs bathroom and waited two days before being told it was the drain that needed fixing - but not before spending $1,200, including $800 to cut into our drywall just to take a look.

The price tag for actually fixing the issue was another $2,300. Unbelievable. We managed to find someone else who came out and replaced the drain without charging us nearly as much. The experience with their staff was also disastrous - we had to speak to the manager about being charged $800 to remove drywall, and it was a total nightmare.

Apparently, when we declined their additional membership fee during our first visit, they saw us as a money pit from then on. This company is not worth your time or money. Don't waste it on them - and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone. King needs to step up their game if they want to earn back trust.
