King Heating & Plumbing has proven itself to be a company that values neither customer satisfaction nor integrity.

The initial experience began innocently enough with a routine maintenance flush on Tuesday. However, when the technician (Jordan) arrived, I brought up my primary concern - the presence of dangerous gas pressure shooting out of my faucets. Instead of addressing this issue, Jordan claimed he couldn't perform the flush due to an exaggerated description of my ejector pit situation. He then used this as a pretext to upsell me on a $1,466 ejector pump, pressuring me into making a purchase just to get the system serviced.

This bait and switch tactic was not only deceptive but also left me feeling taken advantage of. When I brought this to Randy's attention, he confirmed that he had been made aware of my existing payment for anode rods from February 2025, which would have earned me a discount on the replacement. However, when Jordan revisited me on Friday, he flat-out lied about not being able to find the invoice, trying to charge me full price once again.

The incompetence displayed by Jordan was staggering. He failed to address the gas issue despite my explicit concerns, and only after I recorded video evidence of my faucet exploding with gas did he finally admit that he needed to order the correct parts. The entire ordeal has left me out $1,466, with my water still experiencing issues.

I am now holding out for Ed, a Senior Master Technician, to complete the job and install the Electric Rods I requested. I also expect the discount promised by Randy to be honored immediately.
